The location of the hotel was excellent. All staff I came into contact with were very friendly, curteous and most helpful. Rooms were very clean and all our requests were dealt with immediately. I would most certainly stay at this hotel again and would recommend to anyone else. Many thanks for an excellent stay. Kowloon hotel is great, located right in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui walking distance from everything! Service, friendliness of staff is also excellent! This is the only hotel i stay whenever i fly to Hong Kong!.

Early morning still our bed time when in sweet dream some one ring the bell to the door waking us for a laundry. That's very irritating. Hope no happened again to next booking.
