The hotel is more than I've expected. The room is nicely laid out with everything I need and breathes a modern touch. The room is spotlessly clean. The free wifi (though only available in the public spaces) is a definite plus if like me you need on-line access always. Hotel staff are so friendly and location is ideal too - I can go Causeway Bay

We had rooms on the top floor, they were very small, but presume they were single rooms as there was a glass sliding door to the toliet! Lovely, air conditioned, clean, well presented rooms - including a Jacuzzi on the balcony. 5 Mins walk from Causeway Bay, small street of friendly bars across the main road, not far from Hong Kong Stadium. -

The rooms are clean and the minimum needed in such a hot and humid city (water bottle and tea bags) are constantly provided. Also the Internet connection is pretty good. The bath space may seem too small but once inside you discover it is still convenient. To sum up, the WiFi Hotel address on Lockhart Road was also very close to that of "Berliner"

You can easily reach Wan Chai Ferry Pier by aboveground passageway.
Quite spacious room for HK.
Very quiet, clean and comfortable.

The location was perfect, close to train station, no more than a five minute walk. Shopping nearby, rich continental breakfast and really attentive staff who would be willing to help even the fussiest customer. Awesome hotel in a great location. Not your standard big franchise type hotel. Small boutique hotel with a personal feel. Very clean and appropriate size rooms. Staff is extremely pleasant and helpful. I think the staff makes this hotel very special , they had the personal touch and connect on a personal level.&

The location was perfect for shopping, and Victoria Park. The staff were always very pleasant and extremely helpful, with booking tours, giving information and just getting taxi's. The breakfast was simple but there was always plenty available and the added bonus of having tea, coffee, soft drinks etc available throughout the day was an added bonus. excellent for mtr and city inexpensive shops and wan chai computer
centre to buy everything with the best price hk. Moreover my room was so
small "iSelect" standart, but they changed it to iBusiness for
free . But it was anyway Real value even for money... You can always go
to guest lounge on the 5th level to have cookies and coffe or tea...

Fantastic service, luxurious, everything was wonderfu - Zeffirino restaurant on the 31st floor, which interestingly the staff don't actively recommend, is great, not too pricy! The hotel is great value for money being on the Island.
