Zenith Ocean Front Apartments is a great location and meant I only had a 5 minute walk to the Surfer Paradise. Accommodation was clean and comfortable and was everything I needed. The space was great and being a keen cook, I enjoyed the kitchen facilities and being able to cook for myself. The convenience store nearby to the apartments was very useful!. Everything about this place was good location was spot on the staff were just something else the lady at the check in desk was just great something about this lady that left you at complete easy. I'm from Ireland and I don't think it comes any better plus the Irish love the Aussies as most of them hail from gods own country.

Will definately be staying {several times} at this Hotel again in the future. We love this apartment because of near to surfer paradise just 5 mint to the shopping complex, Mc donald , Kebab (halal) stall and hard rock cafe. The view from our balcony was awesome. recommended to stay here. Star *****. Location on the beach and 2 minutes walk to shopping and restaurants. Reception staff let us check in at 11 am and late checkout with no charge. Manageress extremely helpful. Will stay here next time on Gold Coast. Loved the location, size of the apartment. Friendly staff. Great value for per night stay. We stayed in an older apartment however it was clean and well appointed. We watched whales from the balconey. Beautiful layout, so open an fresh. Finer details of apartment cleaning eg: long dark hairs in bathroom and dust covering vents in toilet and wardrobe railing. The step down from the door way to the balcony! Frightened the life out of me the first time!! Lol. You might wanna put a warning on the door!!. Being on third floor, it was quite noisy if doors were opened. the rubbish chute in hall too narrow, would be good to have pelmets so less light in mornings but love it. - Service for tv channels - bathroom looked a bit old and warn out. Needs Free Wifi! Bathroom drawers were dirty and ended up with black make-up all over our things. Pillows were like rocks. Other than this, great place!. Reception wasnt open for long enough. I couldn't believe toilet paper wasn't provided esp. When there was half a roll to start with. Dirty hand prints over the doors, given the time all these dirt prints would come off with a little elbow grease... Airconditioner only in main area however rooms had excellent ventilation. Pool and Spa closes very early (7pm) would have liked for the pool to be open another couple of hours. Our unit was good but tired it needed updating.The lack of cleaning materials for dishes etc. Budget 2 bedroom appartment was spacious, nice and tidy but need an update as standard was not much more per night. Price overall not bad considering location and beach front. water saving shower heads should be changed. Water conservation is not an issue now. Nothig but the weather was terrible!. At the end of our stay, there were unaccompanied children running havoc in the indoor pool area. At one stage we were hit by a ball they had thrown. They acted like they owed the place. The room did not have a vacuum cleaner. Nothing. Nothing. Very windy, sounded like the glass was going to shatter. The second bedroom door was locked for some reason so it was stuffy in there of a night and we recieved no help from the staff. the gym was very average, no free weights and I am pretty sure a safety hazard. had to go and use the gym at another location. No pay per view movies as advetised. Our biggest drama was our gps.there is confusion about the address. Is it "the esplanade"or simply "esplanade" staff not sure, we lost an hour. The water pressure in the shower was horrible, water was almost trickling and got out of the shower with soap still on me. The room could do with a revamp. I understand it is in its "original" form, however at the night rate currently charged, the room should be more modern. Little noise from outside because on busy road. Nothing really. Nothing. Some resterants poor quality and overpriced food , one vietnamise resterant had pest exterminater present (spraying)whilst patrons still dining . They'd closed the inside pool for maintenance and we had booked this hotel for the three children, because of the inside heated pool as well as an outside (cold) pool. They were disappointed. Smelly corridor when entering the apartment. Bathroom was tired & needed an update. A bit noisy on first floor.Will book a higher floor next time. Toilet paper and dish washing liquid was not provided, just as starter. For this price it should be included. Nothing,met all expectations.
