Security, location, view, and weather. Value for dollar central position. Bed was extremely comfortable, this is one of the reasons we decided to extend our stay at the same place rather then move on to a different resort. Couldn't have asked for a better location. Room was comfortable with all the required facilities. Really enjoyed waking up to the beach every morning was beautiful. Staff were friendly and helpful. Loved it.

Cancellation Policy - At The Sands Holiday Apartments does not accept cancellation or modifications for bookings made on this website. GUEST MUST hold and sign credit card imprint on check-in. Reception Hours Monday-Friday 9.00-4.00 Saturday & Sunday 9-11.

Important information to guests

Reception hours are as follows: Monday-Friday 9:00-12:00, 13.00-16.00 Saturday-Sunday 9:00:11.00 If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please contact the property in advance to arrange key collection, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. If you do not make contact, the keys cannot be provided and your booking will be cancelled. Please note that At the Sands Holiday Apartments requires credit card pre-authorisation upon check in to cover any incidental charges. This amount is AUD $200 during low season, and AUD $350 during high season. Please note that toiletries and washing powder are not provided. A security deposit of AUD 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

TRAVELLING NORTH Turn right into Hanlan Street (before the Marriott Courtyard) and then left on to The Esplanade, continue along The Esplanade (the waterfront ) past Cavill Mall (McDonalds corner) to the third building past McDonalds. (Cream curved building 10 stories high) just before the next street - Elkhorn Avenue. TRAVELLING SOUTH From the Gold Coast Highway travel over the Southport Bridge and then veer left into Surfers precinct area. Turn left into Elkhorn Avenue, (just past the Holiday Inn at the traffic lights) and then turn right at the traffic lights onto The Esplanade. The Sands is the second building on the right across from the beach.
