I stayed here with my boyfriend for our anniversary and it was absolutely perfect! The rooms are very clean and well presented with everything you need. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. They made our weekend away very special. This hotel has all the facilities you could want plus more. The higher rooms have amazing views of the ocean and the restaurants food is of high quality. Definitely going to come back :).
all reviews » Amazing stay! During our 6 week trip to Australia we stayed here on 3 separate occasions and each time we couldnt fault the service. The staff were superb, Layla, Kim and Marcus. Each time we returned there was a bottle of wine and chocs waiting in the room to welcome us back and the rooms/apartments were of a very high standard. I would definitely recommend staying here if you visit the Gold Coast. The whole stay was absolutely amazing! The decor was new and modern, spacious rooms with superb views. Excellent facilites (indoor pool and spa, outdoor pool and spa). Excellent location in the heart of surfers paradise. staff very friendly and helpful. overall an excellent stay. And the view, facilities and location were fantastic! We also had family visiting us from Brisbane for an afternoon and they were impressed they received complimentary parking. The apartment was fantastic and the view was great.It is also very easy to get to the beach and around surfer paradise.The apartment is luxurious enough to wow my mother in law and my 4 years old daughter,even my transfer driver say it was a good choice.No regret for the money spent. I think that Sea Temple is a great service apartment with the best location in Gold Coast because all the theme parks are close by. It is new and with superb sea view. Really good location with luxurious apartments and whale watching from the balcony would stay there again next time we are in the Gold Coast. Went down for the night with group of mates in a 3 bedroom sky view room and they went nuts when they got into apartment aha , in a good way. Can't beat the location, room right on the beach but so quiet and comfortable. Close to shops and restaurants and facilities world class. It was absolutely fantastic! A bit too cold at night if you open the balcony door even during summer. View from balconies very limited of surroundings as they run parallel to the beach front. More consideration should have been given when siting the building. Looking at the ocean is like looking at the sky. Very boring. Night time its just a black hole. Majority of other buildings took this into consideration when designing building. Entrance to building lacks class, via side entrance. Underground car parking requires additional directions for guests. If you check out very early in the morning and in a rush to catch a plane, you will need to load your luggages to your car yourself as there is only one guy on duty. He is your porter and your front desk personel. So remember to load up your luggages first before you surrender your access card else you will not be able to re-enter into the lobby if needed. Secondly if you book your lodging online using a credit card you are not allowed to pay cash when you check-in. cafe needed near pool deck area. I think the only disappointment was the sofa which was not very comfortable!. Swirling wind annoying lounge layout. Having to come home :-(. Bit too flashy for a bunch of teenage boys ahah. We tried to order room service twice on seperate occassions however our call's was never answered during available room service's times also. That it rained and was chilly every day but we couldn't use the indoor heated pool for my son as it was getting maintenance the whole 5 days we were there. wait for the lift to take us down and up. the washing basin too small, faucet to high (whenever we wash hands or anything, the water will splash out and make a mess) make bathrobe and sandal available to every resident not only to master bedroom. need more trashcan PLEASE make wifi available to more than 3 units.. all of us are tourists without local number!! need laundry pegs and detachable hangers. Reception required additional security deposit despite having paid the full room charges in advance. None. Nothing. No towels or staff at the pool. Not so flexible or aware on my request for a later check-out. (Which I made of time of booking). Only complaint I have that the beds where extremely hard,. Understaffed in concierge services were not up to normal standards. A sort trip so no obvious issues. they dont have smile. having to leave, construction was a pain in the area but necessary. the towel doesn't look clean. i think more could be done with the garden area, looks dry and unkeep. Long line up at the front desk every time i went,with staff walking around doing other things. Its expensive. Should be more entertainment facilities. Nothing. Restaurant not open Sunday and Monday night. Noisy aircondition system one control panel in living area and no access in bedrooms,small bedrooms and toilet to share in a 600$ plus room,also food in the restaurant are pretty pricey,an entree of 2 Small scallops for 19$-give me a break,noisy kids screaming around the pool. Reception not ready for our planned arrival time. Noisy outside. N/A. Nothing.
