I stayed there with my adult daughter. We were welcomed immediately we arrived by wonderful staff who were very friendly, informative and helpful. We wondered what we would get because of the budget price but were very pleasantly surprised. The unit was very clean, the pool was heated, and everything was terrific. We have decided we will be going back and staying there again. It is so close to everything in Surfer'S. We felt safe even though we were actually on the Night Club Strip. We did not .

Staff friendly, off street parking. apartment clean and modern with new frontload washing machine, comfy leather couches, decent size fridge. Handy location. Would definitely stay there again. Was a bit worried from the street and car park, but one inside it was like an oasis appeared. Loved it all-- we stayed in great unit 53 and will ask for the same one again!. Staff were great and location awesome, and the pool area rocks!! Great place to stay if your on a budget and know what to expect for the price you are paying. lovely place with friendly staff, nice location , close to everything: beach , shopping, club. safety because near police station. But that was just cause our room was right at the entrance and right on the street. Because of all the palms our apartment didnt get any sun, but then you were always out all day anyway. The fact they are getting rid of the spa. This is just a suggestion: maybe the management could paint the building especially the main entrance with brighter colours so that it would be more visible and attractive. Nil. We moved rooms after the first night due to the noise from drunks at the nightclubs and then machinery in the street. Noone got more than an hour sleep so if noise bothers you ask for a quiet room. The second room we got at the back was quiet. Nothing much. the weather not warm enough to use the pool. Nothing. No problems.
