The location was fantastic, the layout of the unit was very homely and had everything that you needed for a long term stay. Had parking facilities and great tourist information available.
Has all the facilities inside apt as well as outside (cooking materials, washing machine, swimming pool, tennis court). Convenient location - shopping, beach, nite market etc.

We liked the position although it was a bit noisy at night for a young family with all the pubs and clubs in the street.

The location was central to surfers.
The unit requires a face lift and double glazed windows wouldn't go astray. Would suggest they make the entrances from La Porchetta and the Basement a little bit more welcoming.
Shower room - water keep on seeping outside after every shower - making floor slippery.
On one of the nights there was a line up of people waiting to get into sincity nite club and i had to wait to get into the front door of hotel but that is not promenades fault just rhe location of the nightclub ...
Nothing.
The apartments are in dire need of a makeover. Re painting and renovated bathrooms are needed badly. Ceiling lights in the bedrooms would be good also. We also found broken glass bottles in the pool so therefore didn't swim in the pool again for the rest of our stay. No one at reception on the weekends even when the sign said there would be.
There were a few problems but I feel these were attended to.
ridiculous dirty blanket, sofa and curtain.
Not a single place to sit back and relax in apartment.
We payed for a spa apartment and didn't get what we payed.. We only booked it because of the spa..
The conditions were a bit to be desired. Old not maintained. Kitchen
Cabinets were broken mould in the bathroom. Tiles on the kitchen floor
broken. Just general lack of maintainance.
Room was not as described by letsbookhotel.com, room was unfit for guests, unsafe for guests and of extremely poor minimal standard. Formal complaint has been made to letsbookhotel.com!.
