Having read the reviews, our expectations were quite high. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment with our friends for 3 nights. The accommodation was superb as were the staff who were polite and helpful. Food quality at breakfast and evening were superb. With an outdoor swimming pool and access to gym, Jacuzzi and steam room the facilities were perfect for a wind down break before we flew home. We would recommend Norfolk Mansions to you all. Good location with nearby local restaurants and markets.

The room was very comfortable with a great bed. The staff were friendly and helpful and the tour operator on site was also very helpful. The breakfast and high teas were terrific and always the food was made fresh. We could walk easily from the hotel to the centre of town, but taxis are always available as well. Certainly recommend hotel for others and for any future stay.

The Hotel had only opened the week before our visit. Their system had a few issues and I booking did not show up [lucky i always carry a hard copy] The were very apologetic and our room was wonderful, overlooking the river from the 20th floor with floor to ceiling windows.

It was a great hotel. The pictures on the website compliment the physical place, unlike other hotels. Love the stay and the staff, they were helpful and pleasant. Great value for money. The executive lounge was a great place to connect with friends and was reasonably priced. Love the overall services, food and facilities. Definitely will visit the Hotel again.

Our stay in Saion is not so pleasant as my mother was robbed by a cyclist and fell down on the street, breaking her wrist. The staff helped us sending her to hospital and do all the medical check and treatment, which acturally took over 3 hours, and we even borrow money from the guy. The staff at the small hotel were very friendly and welcoming. The decor was very tasteful and the room was clean. Great to have a balcony - very hard to find in HCMC! The complimentary foot massage and cocktail was a lovely surprise. I was unwell while I stayed at Cinnamon and the staff helped me to get medication and made me ginger tea and a hot toddy. This is an excellent small boutique hotel.
