Customer service was excellent from all the staff, exceptionally clean hotel, spacious and comfortable rooms with all the amenities, free wifi, modern bathroom, breakfast buffet was superb catered for everyone, as did the Buffett during the evening. Hotel is situated in district 1 which is 5 minute walk to the centre, location is ideal. I would certainly recommend this hotel and return. all reviews » The room was very comfortable with a great bed. The staff were friendly and helpful and the tour operator on site was also very helpful. The breakfast and high teas were terrific and always the food was made fresh. We could walk easily from the hotel to the centre of town, but taxis are always available as well. Certainly recommend hotel for others and for any future stay. Fabulous design (japanese style!), friendly staff, good breakfast, very comfortable room, river view (however, city view from the other side is even better, and the rooms with it are cheaper), sensitive adequate air conditioning (not common in vietnamese hotels), newspaper in the morning, good swimming-pool, free late check out at 1.30 pm (on my request). We stayed there the second time - rooms are very clean when you take the non-smoking rooms- pool an real oasis in middle of the busy city - staff at breakfast and pool extraordinary friendly but sometimes speak poor english - very good brazilian coffee - nice river views thankfoully they changed our room from city view to river view for free of charge. Cannot think of anything. - The hotel may seem a little outdated. If you compare with Tajmasago Castle, the Legend would be 4* and Tajmasago 5*. But Tajmasago is far away from everything, so the Legend is a great choice if you want to visit the center. Can not find anything we didn't like. Bidet toilet was dirty- nozzles blocked from bad maintenance so unhygienic. Shower inadequate. The location was a bit away from the main centre. Nothing. the staffs in separate chines restaurant was very unfriendly. Hotel didnt have a spa/ massage centre. No arrangement for in room massage. Health centre was closed for maintenance. a few electric outlets, not so many kind of food in the cafeteria. Rooms were a bit small. Staff were professional, but a bit snobby. Better value in other hotels nearby. Food costs for dinner. A bit "posh" for us. No visitors after 9pm!. Nothing, everything was perfect. Internet failed in room Breakfast poor compared to hotels of this standard elsewhere in HCMC. Water pressure for showers was too strong and could not be reduced.
