Everything was O.K.; the room was about 24 m2; room very clean; everybody helpfull. In advertising letsbookhotel.com is 2-star hotel, however it's a very good 3-star hotel. Breakfast (buffet) absolutely good. Asian as well as european food. o Sen many years and allways I return back to that hotel. The location is very good, near the centre of Saigon with all attractions Good value of Delux and Superior room, very comfortable and friendly service.

Location is good if you want to stay in city center Dong Koi area. Walking distance to Notre dame church, post office and Reunification palace. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Great location and nice big and relatively modern rooms. 05 min to downtown of Ho Chi Minh. 49$ for night. Just one thing: no bottle of water for free. I was there with my wife, and in the room I read the rules of the hotel. No. 5. No prostitutes allowed in the hotel. Of course, for us no problem, however the hotel is in the centre of the red light districts, so letsbookhotel.com has to give this information ian advance !!. Food was cold but still yummy.. Nite club next door plays loud music late at nite on weekends. Ask for room on otherside from night club. Perhaps the staff could work on their English a little. But other than that, nothing. breakfast OK,but cold,still for the money?. We booked a suite but only got a double room they said it was a upgrade but we didn't see the other room to compare. Beds are very firm but have found that in most places in Vietnam. Breakfast was cold most days although variety offered. Communicating with staff was difficult due to them not understanding English. Breakfast wasnt great. The staff was very indifferent to us. And, having just travelled through Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam for the last 6 weeks, it was the only hotel that charged for water. When we asked about this the answer was "we are a budget hotel" my answer was "we have stayed at cheaper places along the way and the water was always free!". - Room pictures on letsbookhotel.com looks better than real rooms. - Room size are much smaller than what is described on the website (40m2 = 20m2). Not many street food in the area. Only not so cheap restaurants. Hotel did not replenish shampoo and body wash everyday. Tv remote doesn't work well but the maintenance guy refuses to replace with new batteries. Breakfast was so-so. As with most of Vietnamese hotels, the staff and other guests are very noisy!. Difficult to say it is hotel. It is place to sleep only. Poor breakfast. Too noisy: till 01:00 AM outside street noise then till 03:00 AM behind the wall sex noise. And finally at 06:30 AM door shouting noise for breakfast.
