We loved the Caravelle. The pool facilities were excellent and the rooms were comfortable with all the extras you expect at a 5 star hotel. A fantastic way to end our 2 and a 1/2 week Vietnam holiday. Thank you!. The service, food and drinks in the Signature Lounge were perfect in every respect. I can't rave enough about the professionalism and positive attitude of all of the staff I encountered at the hotel.
