Location, price, free wifi, clean, staf. The hotel was perfect situated in district 1 of HO Chi Minh. Location. Nothing. Hotel is old and dirty. The rooms, and especially the bath/toilet rooms, have to be renovated. The whole hotel is getting old. The breakfast is very poor (not enough choices) for a 3 stars hotel.
