The Hotel had only opened the week before our visit. Their system had a few issues and I booking did not show up [lucky i always carry a hard copy] The were very apologetic and our room was wonderful, overlooking the river from the 20th floor with floor to ceiling windows. The staff were fantastic...their english is getting better but I'd suggest you double check anything like booing a car to the airport with one of the my language profficent staff.
all reviews » It was a great hotel. The pictures on the website compliment the physical place, unlike other hotels. Love the stay and the staff, they were helpful and pleasant. Great value for money. The executive lounge was a great place to connect with friends and was reasonably priced. Love the overall services, food and facilities. Definitely will visit the Hotel again. The location was good, overlooking the river. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The food was a bit unvaried though. The room was a bit small for the price you pay, however it was incredibly clean! Some days our room wasn't clean because we weren't out or ready to leave by 9am when cleaning came. The staff were very kind and helpful. Breakfast is outstanding. Location very convenient, easy to walk anywhere. We loved the design of the room with the glass bathroom inside. As for the city, do not miss the water puppet show, and make sure you try their fantastic coffee. Very enthusiastic welcoming staff. Nice comfy spacious room and everything is brand new. Um, the TWO 4.30-5am wake ups. Once when they dropped off our laundry at 4.30am and another was a call to confirm our shuttle to the airport at 5am (the shuttle itself wasn't due to leave until 5pm that day) - I had a chest infection and did NOT appreciate the early wake ups when I'd spent half the night coughing my lungs up. This alone would stop me from ever coming back again because it was ridiculous, infuriating and completely unnecessary!!!. The non-smoking room smelled like cigarettes. However, the staff went out of their way to offer us a different room. Restaurant for dinner is very quiet so you feel rather conspicuous! Wine is awful but Vietnam not known for wine is to be expected. Stick to beer! Pool small so sun Loungers fill up very quickly. Small points though overall good hotel. If you miss breakfast in early hours, you may face the situation that you will not find the sit and free table and will be forced to wait for a while. They should offer esspresso as well as capuccino for breakfast. All the rest was just perfect!. Nothing. evening menu in restaurant neds to be expanded. Nothing. Liked everything. Only complaint would be the wait for coffee during breakfast as we had no cups. Didn't affect our opinion of the hotel though!. hotel was full, so a bit crowded at breakfast. Room was a bit small since we have a child, but it was comfy and clean. The river view is not quite so impressive. rooms quite small no drawers for clothes, no bedside drawers very little room for your clothes have to keep things in case. onlt hanging space. nothing. Small swimming pool. The pool on the pictures isn't the same, I hope because its not finished yet. Now there aren't enough siting places and no bar. Nice view though. The service and facilities in the executive lounge were excellent but the furniture and layout seemed to be aimed more at business peole than tourists. Not many loungeseats at the pool.
