Having read the reviews, our expectations were quite high. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment with our friends for 3 nights. The accommodation was superb as were the staff who were polite and helpful. Food quality at breakfast and evening were superb. With an outdoor swimming pool and access to gym, Jacuzzi and steam room the facilities were perfect for a wind down break before we flew home. We would recommend Norfolk Mansions to you all. Good location with nearby local restaurants and markets.

The hotel has just opened few days ago. I was impressed with this hotel and its facilities. Service was great. Staffs are very attentive and friendly. The location is perfect, a few steps away from the Ben thanh market where you can find everything! The night bazaar at the Ben Thanh Market has very good food as well! Easy to get around using taxi and directing them to Ben Thanh market instead of the hotel, for drivers who dont speak english. Nothing much that i dislike about this hotel. It was my second stay at the hotel and I would definitely stay there again the next time I visit Saigon.
