Hong Vina is conveniently located and easily accessible to eating outlets, shopping and visits to the historical sites eg. Remnant War Museum, Independent Palace and Notre Damn Catheral. The hotel is within 5 minutes walk to Ben Thanh Market. Taxis are readily available right in front of the hotel. The staff are polite, friendly and helpful though some can only speak limited English. The breakfast spread was good. For the price we paid, this is value for money. I will recommend friends and I sh.
all reviews » The hotel has just opened few days ago. I was impressed with this hotel and its facilities. Service was great. Staffs are very attentive and friendly. Unbeatable location, easy access to the centre. just 5 minutes by walk from hotel to Ben Thanh Market, there are a lot of traditional foods in there, we went late at night at 1 Am and staff opened door for us with welcoming smile and hotel is beautiful,homely and very comfortable with all the amenities we needed. When we have a chance to return. The hotel is conveniently located in district 1 and it was every easy to get to the tourist attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room itself was very clean, with good size double bed and nice bathroom. Good value for money, truly recommend that place!. Honestly I didn't expect my room to be as nice as it was. It definitely exceeded my expectations.My room was very clean. The service was quick and excellent and all staff were friendly. I will visit again and recommend this hotel to my friends and family. The staff were great especially this guy who works only the desk from night to morning, nothing was too difficult for him, even went out and got me the best banh mi in saigon. Clean. Nothing. There were now negatives. Nothing, but breakfast only so so said my husband. I chose to miss breakfast so can't comment. I think they need to practise on their breakfast a little more, and there is a kettle in the room but no tea or coffee. Nothing. Nothing. poor breakfast. The breakfast is poor,,,,. Lack of management and organization of hotel. Poor staff. Friendly people but minimum spoken English and didn't know how to do their job. Many small mistakes made for example forget to put towels in room or run out of breakfast . Poor breakfast in general. You have to choose the breakfast the day before, and they normally forget. Some of the staff speak bad english. A little expensive room rate.
