The location is great, being next to Ben Than Markets and other sights within walking distance. There is good shopping close by, as well as food (restaurants and street stalls) a short walk away. The staff were very helpful and friendly, always opening doors with a smile, and relaying destination in Vietnamese to the taxi driver for you. all reviews » The location is perfect, a few steps away from the Ben thanh market where you can find everything! The night bazaar at the Ben Thanh Market has very good food as well! Easy to get around using taxi and directing them to Ben Thanh market instead of the hotel, for drivers who dont speak english. Nothing much that i dislike about this hotel. It was my second stay at the hotel and I would definitely stay there again the next time I visit Saigon. I really like the Spa in this hotel as well. It clos. Staff were always eager to help and always went that extra bit to be helpful . Good location for all sight seeing locations and only 2 minutes from main tourist market . Breakfast was always plentiful . Try and get front of hotel bedrooms as they over look the park but keep windows shut as chaos and noise will keep you awake. Noises carried from room above & staff reluctant to do something initially. As we stayed twice in two weeks were disappointed that one of the rooms smelled strongly of cigarettes. Booked city view room but the view is limited. We also had an interconnecting door between our room and next door. This meant we could hear everything that was said in the next room. Quiet noisy above our room. Renovations were taking place I believe. The coffee. Cleanliness not yet at europen level. Anyway good hotel. None. it was all good, nothing not to like. The hotel froze the payment from my credit card as a form of deposit for my 3 room bookings. I'm okay with it but they shd have inform me beforehand. Service in restaurant. Small rooms. Staff weren't friendly or particularly helpful. Check in at reception was very unwelcoming. Don't use the hotel airport shuttle it's very very expensive. I got a taxi (Mai Linh or Vinasun) direct from airport to hotel and it cost 150,000 vnd ($7.5 USD) the hotel wanted to charge 360,000 vnd ($18 USD). The room was small and simple, below expected for the money. However, not bad. Breakfast was limited !. small room.
