Excellent location easy walk to market, eateries, entertainment and bus stops. Staff very helpful and friendly , even took me to a money changer on a public holiday when everything was closed. Would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Saigon. Its excellent location near to ben thanh market and walking distance to most city landmarks. Friendly staff. In front of muslim restaurant so halal food was not major problem.

One of the room was at ground floor next to the lift so it was quite noisy. The door also need to be installed additional easel lock for safety precaution purposes. Our A/c isn't working well... Limited number of staffs to clean the rooms resulting the check-in had been delayed. none. The wifi signal is not strong enough I stayed at 1st floor.. but the signal is very poor. Nothing. the room cannot enougt for booking..i book 5 room but only 3 room have. Rude staff, it is time to refurnish the rooms and change the appliances such as the air conditioner. -poor reservation services..booked 5 rooms only got 4 rooms even though the booking has been made since September 2012. Although booked weeks before check in, always transferred to other hotel due to rooms always full. Dont know what's the benefit of booking. better walk in. 1. Inside room - no windows. 2. Staff could not speak English. 3. No breakfast facilities. 4. No bar facilities. 5. Would rate around one star. 6. I had paid for a return visit but forwent that and booked into the Grand Hotel (4 star).
