The staff were really nice, helpful and friendly. The location is approx. 200-300 metres from Ben Than markets and easy walking distance to other main attractions, shopping, speciality stores. I had a standard room which met my needs (sleep/shower), was very clean and I didn't experience any noise. the breakfast is Halal! Shopping at your door step. All the Malay baju and tudung and night market is just a few steps away. Ben Thant is 3 mins walk. Halal Vietnamese restaurant around 10 choices around you. Very safe and friendly staff. Clean.

A lot of attractions are also within walking distance. The staffs are very helpful. Flexible with request. The hotel sits in good location particularly for muslim guest who want halal food. They serve halal breakfast. And halal food restaurant is all within 2 to 5 mins walkih vicinity. The hotel was great. Room was excellent and the breakfast was great swell. Staff very friendly and tried their best to help with everything from currency exchange to booking trips. Tour desk at reception was good. The best was the friendliness of the staff. Service was excellent. Breakfast included was good, there were always complimentary water bottles in room, and location was excellent. Location is excellent, half block to the Ben Tanh Market and walking distance to many major sights. Staff is very helpful and very eager to practice English. main purpose to visit vietnam is shopping, sure this hotel most strategic and comfortable for us...the people now can communicate even in malay...superb... The hot water was an issue, however the hotel staff fixed that quickly. Don't book your return taxi to the airport with them. Cost 420,000 dong when booked and paid at reception. Meter in taxi ran only to 132,000 on trip. Hotel makes the extra, it would have been better to give driver this extra. The rate also made it look like it was a deal because we were leaving at 5am (unsociable hours). The only minus was that the rooms had no sound-isolation at all. There were noisy people in next room, so we could not sleep well. Restaurant is good, slow for any meal except breakfast. Meals could be higher quality but there was plenty of food. Felt guilty everytime our baby cry as other hotel guests can hear it clearly due to poor insulation..overall very good!. there was nothing we didn't like. The noise from the restaurant above our room on the 8th floor woke us up very early. You can hear people walking and talking outside your room, a bit noisy and annoying especially early in the morning. Nothing. Language barrier. Difficult to find signages written in English and to find people who can speak/understand English. Therefore, I have to really depend on the English brochures for tourists to explore the city. 1. Can hear other people chatting on the other room. Room with less view. Small window. Hotel is poorly insulated towards the corridor, so very noisy. Many noisy Malaysian muslims sitting in corridor talking for hours early and late hours. Making sleep impossible. Complained to reception. Was offered a new room, but they just have told the guests to keep quiet. Wifi not working late evenings. Sometimes very noisy. No attached rooms for family. The breakfast was disappointing, and the staff not the most helpfull one. Room is very small and dark.
