Like many hotels in the Old Quarter of Hanoi this hotel has a small frontage but is very nice inside. The staff were very good and gave us a free upgrade. Breakfast was good. It is located in the Old Quarter about 10 mins walk from the lake. They offered a pick up from the airport which was appreciated and smooth. Wifi worked well
Extremely good value as we just stayed one night before a trip to Halong Bay early the next morning.

attractions of Hanoi. We found it very relaxing and very friendly. The
staffs are very helpful and very polite. Staff at the front desk was
particularly helpful. All the staffs made you feel attended to and
welcome. The breakfasts were fantastic and the restaurant is excellent,
but a bit pricey for Vietnam. We had a great stay and would not hesitate
to return or recommend the hotel to fellow travelers.

Location very good. street not too noisy. I booked for two days before going to Halong Bay and two days after. When I returned they only had a high rise room and, since I am a pensioner, they put me in a sister hotel, two doors away( more expensive) for the same price and, when I complained that the room there had no windows they put me into a better room. staff were amazing in both hotels.

The staff were fantastic. Our welcome when we arrived after a very long journey and very little sleep made us feel like we had really started our honeymoon. Only complaint would be that the bar closed very early and seemed to change from night to night.
