  The room was unavailable because of some reasons so the staff took us to another hotel of their chain. They paid for the taxi and were so kind to offer us a better room with jacuzzi and balcony. It was unexpected and very heart-warming. We appreciated their welcoming very much! As for the hostel itself its location is great! We were doing an orphanage visit and the staff tirelessly assisted us with shopping and transport. Facilities were budget but clean. Breakfast and airport pickup included so we were very happy.

  We really enjoyed our stay at the Ha Noi Atlantic Hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. From hailing us a cab, giving us recomendations of resteraunts, to letting us use the printer, they always helped with a smile. The breakfast was great.
