We like everything from this hotel.i think its the first time I rate
an hotel like that. 10/10. we had a luxury junior suite on the
top of the building 8th floor. The elevator stop at 7th floor and you
have one extra little stair and you arrive on the 8th floor. Nice

From the moment we arrived in the hotel the staff were very helpful. Our room was was very modern and clean. We stayed for one night before going to halong bay and the hotel allowed us to store our luggage with them while we went on the cruise and also have use of a hotel room to shower before our flight when we returned from the cruise.
When we enquired about the Water Puppet Theatre, one of the hotel staff went out to the theatre to buy our tickets for us which was very helpful.

The hotel is much better than what you think out og the information provided online (maybe it was recently remodeled). The decorations is excellent, very clean and new and it couldn't be better located: right in the middle of the night market and 2 minutes walk from the water muppet theatre! - I like the internet and breakfast included in the price

Great location.great services.best value.Clean, comfortable, good breakfast provided.The rooms were tidy and well-appointed.The staff was exceptional, and, fortunately for me, spoke English well. The hotel-airport transfers worked seamlessly as did booking a trip to Halong Bay (they even stored our extra luggage for us in the interim). We had our laundry done at a very reasonable fee. If you want to stay in the old quarter, this is a reasonably priced hotel that I would definitely stay at again

This hotel is clean, and well presented with modern decor in good sized rooms. It's in a great location within walking distance of many sights in old Hanoi. There are lots of restaurants close by, as well as Truc Bac lake.Staff very helpful, called cabs and even spoke to driver giving them clear directions. The breakfast selection is huge and service is nice and attentive. Highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel has rooms and 1 bedrooms with either a view of the lake or the cathedral. Some have baths and balconies - choose your option. We opted for the cathedral.
