Location next to metro station. Spacious rooms with full kitchen facility. A super international daily buffet by the acclaimed Chef Omran and the friendly team headed by Ms. Myra. Not to be missed ! Guest relations' attentive staff . The credit boils down to the GM and her management team and her persistent style. Thank you All for a pleasant stay. Very big rooms and love their prices.my room was insanely huge and for only 400 dirrham a night !! staff people everything was almost excellent. Location was more than amazing. Close to dubai mall and its on sheikh zayed road.
all reviews » Everything was wounderfull. The food, the staff, location was almost near everything. Metro station in the back of the hotel. 5 minutes walk you can reach 2 grossery stores, restaurants and beauty saloons. Good environment, neat and friendly staff. Can one move to a room instead of two rooms apartment, to help plan finances during the holiday, yet staying at the apartment. Need your response quickly. Overall it was a good experience given the fact that everything else was booked. This was the only option we found in our budget. But let me tell you it was a great place to stay. Rooms were large and nice, kitchen fully equipped with all you may need during your stay... view is also beautiful.. fittness and spa full of new machines.. Parking is fantastic. I like the stay in your hotel it's excellent in furniture and facilities ,swimming pools , and friendly receptionist services .the metro gate at the back of the hotel. I was at yassat Gloria apartment for 10days and I had a swell time. The workers are super friendly and it's a nice place to go on vacation. Very lovely view as well. Very fast check-in and was very surprised with the size of the rooms. Very spacious! Enjoyed my time here more than any other hotel i've stayed at in Dubai. Everything lovely and clean. 2 bed apartment was a fantastic size. Pool area lovely and clean. Staff very helpful. Great location beside the metro. I Like the staff, in fact I went for an anniversary and the guest relation staff was very friendly and arranged everything required by phone. We get room in the last floor so there was excelentn view to Dubai Marina. Personal is really helpful and almost everything was great here. I like the room it was clean and nice also everything were near the hotel such as malls restaurants and the train stop also the bus stop.. good location, close to Mall of Emirats and Ibn Battota, easy access, very nice invironment for families. The location, the size of appartment , nice view for the road view appartment, staff were cooperative. Comfy, all what you need for a small family micro wave , dishwasher, fridge, clothwasher and balcony. i liked the efficiency with which the staff served, and also the design and comfort of the room. location near to the train station and it is value of money. i would recommend to the family . location is great right next to monorail system. and very close to most local attractions. Good rooms with facilities like micorwave, oven, fridge ... etc the price is reasonalble. - good service - good breakfast - nice staff - good located for shopping and sightseeing. New Hotel. Nothing major, but I suggest two things -if I may, - include internet fees with the room rent price. - increase the speed of the elevators. Valet parking staff told me they will wash my car and they did but they didnt dry it ! my car was convertible and I can tell they just left the water dry by itsself and so slow when bringing the car from the parking. And the computer office down close so early .And the lady who sells at the grocery store down stairs was in a bad mood idk why. The hotel is 41 story building and the elevators may take sometimes; eventhough, they have about 10 elevators, 5 each at each side of the hotel. nil. Just that it was a little further away from the main shopping malls and the trade center than other accommodations. Wifi Chargeable at the lobby!!!! Rediculous!. There is no free wifi only in loopy ,there is no drying stand for clothes ,it's a bit far away from main shopping centers in the city in addition there is no restorants &supermarkets around it. Nothing.... The fact that all apartments were not non smoking. I was not happy about operating the gas supply for the cooker. Not enough beds at pool. I did not like the fact that I need to pay for the room service on the spot an not in the last day. The internet could be included in the already really high price for the room. And there was days when then conection was really slow. I did not the food. waited for three ours to get to my room, reason cleaning???? , not me also a number of gusets waitied in the lobby for more than that need to correct this action. No free wifi had to pay 300 aed extra for internet, only one bathroom in the 1 bedroom suite (in other places there are 2 bathrooms for the same space),the elevators were very slow and had to wait long time to have one and had to stop at least 7 -10 times until reaching the 30th floor!, the bedsheets were not very clean and also a bad smell was coming frequently from bathroom. I had a leak in bath room and took 3 days to fix and the floor was all time wet. i don't really have much to complain about, the only problem i had was with the proximity to my business destinations. pick up the car from the parking took so much time sometimes up to 10-15 mins. hotel has to increase the staff. I believe it is not a good location for any entertainment or night life that most westerners have become used to. Elevators slow. Swimming pool was closed. - bathroom needs repairs "new face". The WIFI is not properly working in lower floors. Bit small, elevators are toooo slow. not much. High food prices. taxi availability is pooooooooor. - too much noise. I was on floor 39th and there were on going construction works somewhere that didn't let me sleep properly - didn't get enough toilette cosmetics for 5 ovenightings. Even if requested to staff, no soap, no tooth brush, no shampoo. I got just one soap for 5 6 days !! - Wireless never worked. Signal was too weak. I had to connect with a local cable. It was difficult to find the sensor of leakage of gas to include a kitchen oven. I didn't like the sound of running water coming from the neighbouring room. Express ironing service not available as advertised. Facilities were very poor for example : you have to park ur car no staff in intrance to take ur car like gloria hotel , they have no good resturant or cafe for smoking shisha , even in the room toilet there is not enough equipment like shower kit , shaving kit and some thers .. Breakfast wasn't included in the rates. Internet should be provided to guests for free. Complementry breakfast was not given. Outside view is blocked by buildings. 1- intenet should be free 2- they dont have drivers to park the guset car. On main road. Smell in corridors i guess people cooking in their own kitchens n not putting on the exhaust. some of the furniture's need to be changed as they are old and dirty. Bath tub and bath room siize are small, Hotel name is different what is in the WEB (GLORIA) not Yassat. wi-fi is not included in the hotel charges the cost is too high . also you dedacte 480 uae /Drhs not retern to my visa Account. None. Centralised A/C (too warm). Reception of guests is a bit cold. The access to the internet. This is now a free service at most higher end hotel or apartments. Was even asked to pay for 30 min time to print my boarding pass at the business office. Very disappointing. waiting long time to check in.
