The staff were very helpful. The hotel was very clean and comfortable.Met with all our needs. most services available 24 hour. good location outside dubai. We liked having an apartment with a lounge as opposed to separate hotel rooms. i loved this hotel, too bad it's far from the city..Fantastic Hotel and nice reception staff. Hotel staff is very accomodating and the hotel is very nice. The hotel also has a service going to and from the hotel to Mall of the Emirates.

This was one of the cheapest hotels I could find on short notice in Dubai and I got a whole apartment to myself for AED 295 a night!. The best thing is value for money. The facility in. the apartment was great for the money I pay for. I liked the size and quality of the room. Friendly staff, ideally situated and good value for money, there is a garage just across the road that is open 24hrs, so you can get food/drink. The friendly and helpful staff and the clean, new feeling of the building. cleans of the hotel and equpment in side the appartment. included breakfast and newspaper. size of apartment Decor. The location was excellent for our needs, taxis easily available with free bus service to the shopping mall and some small stores close by.Good parking facilities. Clean room. Never stay in this hotel is a dump! Noisy and very unprofessional, nothing ever works and no body ever cares about customers.Worst hotel I have ever stayed, very depressing and Dark rooms, Horrible smell in the entire building. As there was a lot of construction work going on, as there is in all ofDubai. It was difficult for taxis to find or sometimes access the hoteleasily. Transport to and from the hotel is limited to taxis until the monorail is up and running.just the location...but everything else was perfect!. Took time to know exactly the place. we asked for a couple of small things like matches and ice, and were told they would be brought up to us, after asking twice we didn't receive them, but it did not interfere with our stay. It was difficult to find so print out a map for the taxi driver (or yourself). Location is a construction site.There were no complimentary bottled water, coffee , tea. The little things that one expect to find in a hotel. It's location was a bit far out. The website says close to the marina but it was difficult getting a taxi to and from the Marina plus alot of drivers didn't know where it was. I suggest they put the hotel phone number on your room key card. Also no hot water in shower.finding the location was v.very difficult, breakfast menu v. very limited and poor. Although there is no bar at the hotel there are plenty of hotels in easy walking distance to get a drink and good food.There is building work close by - but there is everywhere in Dubai. it was a bit difficult to find because so much building is going on around the hotel and it's a difficult area of Dubai to navigate fthrough or that reason. counstruction around the hotel make it so hard to get in or out to the hotel. not enough crockery surrounding building work. I prefer a hotel that offers breakfast as included in the price. Some of the staff lacked experience - although they did try to satisfy.They first wanted to get paid a higher price than I got from the booking.com. After a delay I got to pay the price I recieved from booking.com. Tricky to get to the hotel by car, a lot of road construction around. Everything about this hotel, will draw you to depression!.
