I was very comfortable with this hotel; It has a wonderful service, luxury rooms, along with an amazing view of Dubai. I enjoyed my stay there, it was like paying less for more value, it was a unique experience which can make tourists enjoy their travel. This hotel is near almost everything in Dubai so this help you save time on the roads, especially since it is near the subway. I would recommend this hotel for others for a wonderful experience they will come across. .
all reviews » I have been several times to dubai but this was the best trip just because of this hotel as the location is really good its just a km away from shaikh zayed road and their are markets and eating places near the hotel plus the hotel is clean staff is friendly and no noise nothing and value for money ill recommend every one for this hotel and ill for sure visit this hotel again. Helpful staff epically a lady in reception name RIM Nice smile helped me with changing the room to meet my choice and help in late Checking out. Another lady called Gegi in reception great in finishing my checking out very pleasant staff. Staff was excellent, kind, polite and all the time ready to be helpful. Located at just 10 minutes from the Dubai Marina and 15min from the Barj Khalifa. I really liked to stay here and surely I will be back in the future. the rooms were clean and i loved it compeer to the price it was waw and the stuff helpful they i asked for suppurate beds they didnt have but the upgraded me to bigger room with living area it was waw with no extra charge. Vrey close to Dubai Media City, cross the bridge away, if you have any meetings in Dubai Internet City or Media City then should be one of your best options to stay. It was my second stay here and I will be there again. Remarkable service with great staff that really do care about their guests. An honorable mention to the reception staff (Rim, Krishna, Ali and Liyla). They all went even beyond the extra mile to offer a great stay. The location is good, good free easy parking which I liked the most. The hotel itself is clean and staff are really Friendly. Good breakfast area. Free WIFI in reception area. The room is spacious and comfortable,the staff were really friendly plus the location is great and I did enjoy my stay here for 10 days!Highly Recommended. they couldn't find our reservation but we got an upgrade free of charge afterwards. good location, friendly staff and well furnished room. very nice hotel, was worth it , clean and decoration of the room was wonderfull, and furniture was great, all in all, hotel was great. Only the elevators i was staying at 21 floor and the lift dosent come if it comes it stops on every floor almost but that not a big issue. Only thing they need is proper valet service. The hotel is big and busy. The staff at reception are 1 or 2 people. They should put 1 or 2 more staff at busy times. There was que of check in and check out served by one hard working female staff. Which was brilliant. The view outside was pretty bad as it was sandy and humid.i wish they provide free wifi in the room!. be aware of all the construction sites in front of the hotel, but this shouldn't be an issue anymore in several years. it was bit hard to find, but once you find it you will see how easy to get there. No airport shuttle. Small pool and no Jacuzzi. The front entrance. The fake Rolls Royces taking up space so that cars could not get through when one car was dropping off / picking up. The bellhops should control better. The bellhops are useless. Often it was a very long wait to get an elevator from the foyer. No wifi in the rooms Food was good, but not great Shower pressure was not perfect. Front entrance , bellhops, poor control of traffic, paying for internet, phoney Rolls Royces. they start the housekeeping early. N/A. Long checkin (25 minutes) Breakfast not included. there was a bit of smell for the furniture in the living room. Issues with Internet access. breakfast, building constructions work around, price on that site non finally !!. The swimming pool is small. Breakfast was not included. pool cleanliness. Noisy in lobby .. I think not sound profing.. It was so noisy outside specially in early morning , so a persont cant enjoy his sleep due to the work in the next new buildingd under constructions. Nothing. One female person on the reception was really unkind. nothing. To many families and kids The music in the hall way is to loud. Swimming pool.
