The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. There were some English speaking TV stations. There is also quite a good cafe across the road. The staff were helpful. Nice place to relax. Great service and polite reception. The rooms are spacious enough and comfy. Free and fast internet is one of the thing I like most. Its staff are amazing and so respectful Rooms are spacious and so clean Services and food are cheap except water (AED 5 for small).

The room needs more cleaning work, especially the carpet and balcony. Bathroom contains little amount of supplies. The only problem really was the poor cleaning. I stayed for a few days and not once was the filthy hall way carpet vacuumed. There was even a half finished bottle of water near my room door that was left in the same position on its side for my entire stay. My room was also not cleaned properly. Superficially barely. MAnagement really need to train staff about cleaning. It's OK. No bar (with alcohol) to sit during the evening but that probably is part of their policy. Room service food, slow and poor service, having to go down to the lobby if I order food from outside the hotel which I've never encountered in any of the hotels I've stayed at in Dubai. When we booked we didn't know that the hotel was a shareeaa oriented hotel, as a family we were inconvenienced when we had to split up to enjoy the pool facilities. Little price high for room. No bathroom slippers. No complementary tea/coffee. Tv was broken Expensive breakfast 60 AED a person Expensive studio room with kitchenette but no glasses or silverware. Location. Check-out process is consuming lots of time. Gender seperated pool. Check In and check out are a bit slow. My toilet had walker leaking. Unhelpful staff, acted like any problem was your fault. I said I didn't then he showed me the signature on the bill I said I'm not laying I didn't told breakfast and that is not my signature. Room sevice is too bad since 2 days was calling to get power convertor ....but no one came just saying we will send someone....only for two day....basment parking was closed.we have to park the cars outside in this very hot summer. first of all its over rated with the rooms price. this hotel should be furnished apartment with all the tools in the room but in this hotel you will not find any thing in the Kitchen. The rooms is not clean. anyway i will not come back again to this hotel. reciption, room service, they are ignore me when i note them from booking about a baby cot, stuff not helpful. Old furniture some of them dirty. Very slow staff. Definitively I’ll not come back to this hotel … it is far below Dubai hotels standards. - The room wasn'r clean, sesame seeds were all over one chair which had a big stain. - chairs not comfortable. - They don't provide coffee and tea sachettes. - balcony was full of sand and dust. It,s not even 3 star hotel,, The room is dirty and there is a some ants in bath and room, Some time their is electrical short,,. Check-in desk staff inefficient. Supposedly Aparthotel but I had to ask for a cup and glass - no utensils for cooking, a few battered pans. Asked three times for someone to open the patio doors to the balcony then gave up. Very disappointing. 1- It is dirty 2- Amenities are barely the minimum if any 3-There were cockroaches in the room on the side table and the fridge 4- I felt foreigners (non gcc) residents were not welcome 5- there are two pools one for men and other for female 6- when visited the pool attendant tried to keep us out having in mind there where barely people 7- the parking was outside the hotel in an open sand area 8- they wouldn't bring me a cork opener because its a dry hotel. Not Professional Staff Room Carpet is So Dirty No Good Room Service. No complimentary tea or coffee which is available in even a non star hotel, staff did not bother to accommodate our request. overpriced. better hotels can be found with same or better price. The water was burning couldn't take shower even my kids. The pool so wearied and too small. Comparing wz above the summer room rate should not exceed 250 AED. Cleaning service at the concierge reception. I was asked to deposit 200 dhs upon my arrival, with no justification. Wifi is very bad which one of those reasons I selected this hotel. Moreover, I strange letter was received to evacuate the hotel strictly at 12 which I found very offensive!!!.
