nice and confortable. Staff is courteous, cleanliness, fitness facilities, swimming pool.Staffs. The staff was friendly and helpful. When I wanted direction to move around in Dubai, they were willing to show me. The hotel provided airport shuttle to and fro when I requested for it. The room is well equipped with a kitchenette, washing machine, iron/ironing board, air con, hot water jar etc.It is convenient, not crowded area, easy to access to shopping malls. The room service was very good. The hotel staff was very freindly and its a good thing there is not a lot of traffic outside.Is located within city centre and on a relatively calm road - nice location good value fpr money. Staff were very friendly and curtious. It is quiet and nice place. The hotel was basic but met the purpose we wanted it for a place to lay our head - no less no more. It was clean and tidy but the bead was really hard apart from that It was fine. We did however have problems getting taxis to take us to the hotel as it does not appear to be that well known by them so we ended up using landmarks to direct them in.Good breakfast selection. Good facilties such as rooftop pool and gym. Location of the hotel was excellent.good location for the exhibition centre, easy to get taxi, good value for money, nice staff in general. But, armchairs in the room were too dirty, my friends had no any possibility to come into my room, bed-clothes was not new. I checked out the next day, Air condetion was not working and they are totaly un profesional. the location makes getting taxis difficult. Same breakfast buffett everyday. No clothe line in the bathroom for us to hang clothes after we have done our washing. The internet was very very expensive. Breakfast buffet is almost the same everyday.It should be varieted sometimes. Not a great variety in the buffet breakfast menu each morning. you can hear the noise out side. We had the hardest bed I have ever slept in so it wasnt exactly comfortable but I suppose it is reflected by the price. Room didn't get serviced because I didn't put out the please clean sign. Rate is fairly high considering what you get. Breakfast was very poor. Food was cold and not a big selection. I arrived very early in the morning and check in ist at 2 PM. Unfortuntaley room wasnt still ready at 2:30 PM. rude night mgr made me pay for extra night allthough early arrival was informed, poor web connection, poor tv. room small for the price; my other issue relates to Dubai in general - in that it is very difficult to get taxis; the location of this hotel seemed to compound the problem. The person at the front desk on the night we arrived was not very polite. She kept me waiting nearly 20 minutes before she would finish booking us in for our stay. I had called the night before to reconfirm our reservation, but when we arrived on March 19, the night desk person couldn't find it. The washing machine did not work properly. Chairs were soiled. A clock would be nice.We were out pretty much the whole day. So everything was fine. soon i booked i askeek for smooking room and it was confirmed through your site,but infact all rooms are non smooking.The rooms seem to need a revamp and they lack maintenance. The TV sets are old, the signal is weak and the available TV Channels are poor. Taxis are very difficult to get hold of and it sometimes takes more than an hour to get one. Very poor breakfast variety (eg: if you want eggs you have to request), and the internet reception is rather poor. Poor breakfast variety (have to request for egg item and bacon were tough) and weak internet reception. Have notified the Resident Manager.Then the room offered was not very clean particlularly the bath. Most of the furniture were old with stain marks. staff. Smell, smell, smell. Changed my room and still it smells. COuld notsleep at night because of the smell. My cloth and skin smells like thehotel when I checked out. there were pins lying around the room because the curtains were not even there. staff was unfriendly and the room itself was still unmaintained.hotel i old and no maintenance.
