Apparently they are renovating the hotel floor by floor. Rooms were spacious and basic facilities were all there. It represented good value being half the price of the Chelsea Towers, Dubai where I had been staying.A nearby Supermarket and the clean kitchen materials. location and staff wer good.its old furnishing but comfortable to stay....the rooms little dark but my whole stay was ok. Not far from the exhibition centre where I was working. The only positive thing about this hotel was the location of this hotel. It was central between deira and jumeirah in bur dubai. I think they can improve on their breakfast - it is wholesome, but lacks variety.drains had to be clean regularly as there was a smell in the room and we had to call the staff to take care of it. No functional restaurant, one had to go to the nearest restauarnt to eat, very inconveniencing. lcation description. was horrible. - Could do with better decor inside the rooms. - Swimming pool small.the smill of the looby area. Carpets in some of the rooms need replacement, 1st room had zero hotwater pressure in the main bathroom, security licence for their Wi-Fihad lapsed, no coat hangers in closets.furniture are old. catching a taxi from the hotel,prices very expensive. When asked, told me I could stay longer only to change their mind the following day, so had to find another place. Slightly seedy and a little run down. Maintenance and cleanliness not as good as the more upmarket hotels. Front of house staff a bit off hand and not welcoming.It is very tough to park the car at the underground car parking area. The way through is very narrow. It would be also nice to have AlJazeera channel at the TV. the hotel is in desperate need of refurbushing...furniture and appliances r old.....the outrages charge for the internet, finaly the restuarant is crying for refurbishment..TV channels mostly Indians - Room smelled cigarettes and curry from previous occupancies. Service is really crap, all appliances are old and almost falling apart.The hotel personel where not very capable to treat guest. They had little knowledge about things and the service was very bad. They could not arrange a simple trip offered by the hotel. The appartment was in a bad condition and needs al lot of maintenance. The rooms where not clean and the daily cleaning was bad. The overall opinion is that the hotel had a very bad price quality standaard.
