I stayed in four point sheraton more than one time and the standard is always excellent . I don't think I will ever change my hotel in Dubai because of the location , the hotel standard , the staff , the room and the room rate , I can't belive I got suite with only 400 dh ,,,. I loved my two-day stay at this hotel. It's modern, the rooms are hugeand the staff cannot be faulted in any way. The furniture and fittingsare of the highest standards.

If the price was more reasonable, more people would use the hotel for breakfast.My only criticism of the hotel was the cost of breakfast, I feel that 80 dirhams (approx £14) each is too expensive especially as this is more expensive than we paid per person each evening for a meal!. The extreme security procedures when inviting outside hosts to join.sometimes appear a bad smell from air conditioning. one of the reception was impolite. The bar facilities were strange. It was more like a coffee shop than a bar. Check in took too long. the guy was lying and said was not ready, in fact it was as turned out he was pressed. Since it is a new hotel, and there is a second Four Points at Bur Dubai, signs for directions should be available at nearby streets. It was not easy giving directions for visitors. No Pakistani News Channel.Room light switches did not operate properly . Beer in the bar was expensive . Difficult to complain about anything else apart from the cost of having your meals at the in-house restaurants/cafes.The breakfest buffet was a disappointment. For 50 AED you were able to order continental breakfest from room service. Dinner was also a bit of disappointment. It was a bit difficult to order taxis because conciergi always wanted to sell us a overpriced private taxi. They should have been less eager to do that. I frankly feel some of the things were too expensive. Water at 24 Dn, that is too much versus 2 Dn at the store. The Buffet, I felt was too expensive for the quality of the food. Finally, no one at the hotel could tell me where I can take the Big Bus Tour (at Burj Jammal). I eventually found the place, but most at the hotel could not explain. Wsa getting frustrated.The price was very high for a 4-star hotel. No free internet in the hotel room. The poolbar on the roof was a joke and it closes at 10pm. staff could be more supportive/understanding/insightufl sometimes; e.g. check in without passport due to immigration procedures, visitors. Internet charges were very high, particularly had I stayed for longer, and, say, wanted 24/7 access for a week. Limited room service menu. A tad expensive. new staff service needs to improve with experience.
