Location is amazing, staff is friendly, facilities are very good, apartment was spacious and fulfilled all the needs of my family which included both old and very young. Comfort, quite, good location, great for family, very big apartments equipped with everything you may need, very fast and free of charge WiFi service. Everything was very good. Nearby 24/7 Spinneys market was a great help. Also has Macdonalds and Currency Exchange that gives good rate.

The room - amazing The hotel - amazing Value for money. Location, staff. I was with my family in total 6 of us. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment which was very clean, Air Con was excellent, staff were very friendly and also very helpful, had all the essential like kitchen, dining, living room and 2 bedrooms with a queen bed which can fit 3 people and 2 single beds which could fit 4 people as they were big enough. It was also kitted with nice cupboards, iron, safe, tv, Free WiFi and an Ethernet port in the living room. Al-Raya is also close to a little mosque about 30. Spacious room. Near to good Indian restaurant. Near to Spineys market. Near to metro station. Nothing. Nothing. I didn't like anything just a wifi that's all. Nothing. They should keep the enterance lobby more clean and quiet. None. They didn't come to clean for 2 days when we first got there, breakfast wasn't warm but in fairness to them you could have it warmed up. Gym and pool facilities are not good. Nothing to mentioned. Constant noise from cars Its location is a bit far from all attractions as had to walk quite a bit for eating, although taxis are frequently available. Also there is a shopping mall about a mile away which is a rip off very expensive and boring. The internet is limited to 3 user only. Old dirty furniture full with bugs . Room service is very poor .t v disconnected , rmote control without battery ,electric cattle not working . Apartments were full of cigarette smell, as we are non smokers and with small kids it was a very bad stay. Staff were not friendly. They didn't give even a small bottle of water, all hotels where we stayed gave water. reception room cleanliness. Not clean room Dirty toilets old towels bad service high price Dirty smell. Everything. Examples; noise, dirty facilities, bad smells, no swimming pool though it is stated in letsbookhotel.com, roaches and insects. I will never try it again. Its not as shown in photo.
