Swift check-in and check-out process. In the heart of down town Bur Dubai. Enough underground parking space. One bedroom apartment was ideal for 4-6 members family. Menu items were good to eat and prices were reasonable . Free wifi throughout the hotel. Would surely stay again during next visit. Booking desk for tours and activities was in lobby for ease of planning activities. Desert safari package was arranged efficiently. The hotel has washing machine in rooms so you can use them for free. Also, iron and tea/coffee maker is available. I enjoyed also using free WiFi in my room. The speed was satisfactory and I could easily do whatever I wanted to do via internet. Staff were great specially Riza. She was so calm and friendly. They allowed me to stay in hotel till 5 pm without paying a cent for extra. The very efficient explaining of and the coordination of our reservation details, the very friendly and helpful staff, the fact that the facilities very accessable and taxi's to and from the hotel were so easy to get. The dinning room was very well stocked for breakfast and dinner and as before all staff went that extra mile. Rooms were very clean and tidy and spacious. I like everything about the hotel. Mr Akram, kudos to your services and the other staffs. Can't really find fault as our stay was memorable and the service was well worth it more than the money paid for. Great Staff, the lady at the reception desk offered us tea and coffe while we were waiting for the room. They upgraded our room for free, giving us a superbig suite (3 bathrooms!!!). Lot of facilities in the room (2 TVs, kettle, kitchen with everything). The restaurant in the hotel is superb and very cheap, breakfast very very good. Staff was very friendly. I would like to thank the manager on duty Mr. Hanyi (I think that's the spelling) for his hospitality and other staff including Mr. Yasir. In short they all were helpful. Location was good just 5 to 7 mins walk to metro. Apartment was spacious. It was good value for money. I liked everythibg about the hotel strategic location ...quiet area, clean rooms , well-served. friendly staff, free parking . free wi-fi....and swimming pool on the roof ...suitable for families (no night clubs) all in all... good choice for money. The price was very good for Dubai, the location is easy to go to different part of the city. The stuff was very helpful specially the guy from Egypt (Hany) and the girl from Filipino (Riza). 1. I don't know what to say!. The rooms on the road are quite noisy and the biggest problem was the bed, that was absolutely too hard. Room was not ready when we arrived but they make it ready very quickly. While waiting they offered us drinks free of charge. there was nothing I did not like. 1. Limited options in the breakfast buffet. 2. Carpets and sofas are not clean. 3. Free WiFi signal was dropping so often . 4. Some stuff were missing as we arrived to our apartment such as, boiler, big towels and slippers!. Just the noise of the construction site at 6am but not the hotels fault. Wear earplugs and Don't take room 1101. Make sure you ask for the Left hand side of the hotel not the right hand side. Other than that all good. Towels need to be changed.. Breakfast can be better. The cold water in the bath room to same how coold as the hot wether make no different between the hot or cold tap. WiFi was not working and not repaired even after repeated reminders. furniture needs upgrading as it is so old. We were vegetarian we had limited food choice in breakfast. the apartment had A bad oder from other guests cooking. dirty dishes in the cupboard were discovered to be the cause of the oder problem, one large bowl on the top shelf contained an oily substance that smelled horrible. the furniture was stained from someone spilling food on it. Nothing. no pool heater no buffet served for breakfast. I asked for another blanket and which they said is chargeable. I didn't like this idea. Nothing. 1- They should have more variety in breakfast 2- They should have a shuttle bus even small one to Karama Metro Station and this will bring to them more and more clients. Nothing. The towels; older than the hotel I presume... needed to move room due to ongoing building noise next door poor cleaning service. location was the only downside. there was a supermarket about 50 metres or so away. Kitchen needs to be kept stocked with proper crockey and cutlery. Had to request for glasses for water and spoons. no gym/ fitness center/health center. Swimming Pool too small. They could clean the room better and provide extra blanket and bellows. Cleaning times irregular. Cleaning staff forget to replenish coffee/tea/water. Only two small 200ml water bottles per room. Should be at lest 2 liters. the towels are torn, should be changed, and the bedrooms carpet is old, not clean. otherwise everything is excellent. Late cleaning. Maybe delayed check-in but I guess that's expected for a busy hotel... replace the carpet in the some units .
