close to public transports and restaurants, shops etc. Very close to inner city sights. Found it very quiet regarding inside the hotel itself, but you hear a lot of traffic outside. Its good to stay here if you're looking for a cheap night or two. I'd always recommend booking the en-suite, as if you don't, you'll be sharing a bathroom and toilet. They clean the rooms every day and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Considering what I didn't like, I would still come and stay here agai.
all reviews » Easy to find, excellent staff, warm and safe base from which to explore London for a few days, room was clean and we were given the option to up-grade to a room with shower etc very quiet, we were at the front but didn't hear any noise after lights out! excellent budget hotel, well worth the money!. We liked that the hotel was very central and close to everything we needed we walked to all the tourist attractions and the room was basic but excellent value for money and very clean!! The staff were friendly and we will book again next time we are in London!!. The breakfast staff was friendly and helpful. The Wi-Fi worked great. The location was close to public transportation. If you take a different route to the hotel from Victoria Station than the one advertised you can save at least 5 minutes. The room was clean and comfortable.Ideal place to stay if you are in London one or two nights. Only a few minutes walk from either the coach station or rail station in Victoria. I didn't like that my windows were easy to open and had no lock on them. no tea or coffee in room - but hay at the price you get what you pay for! plenty of coffee shops around if you want one!. That our holiday wasn't long enough we have no negative feelings about our stay at this hotel. Did not get the 2 single beds I booked and instead got 1 bed. The front office workers could be friendlier. I think the price per night is just a little bit on the expensive side for what is basically a B&B. From a safety point of view I didn't see any clear directions/instructions of a route to safety in the event of an emergency. I didn't dislike anything. It was fine. Did not really dislike anything about the hotel. My room was just a touch cold, the TV is very small, breakfast is only available from 8 to 9 which was too late for me both nights. The continental breakfast was a little thin consisting of either cornflakes or bran flakes and white sliced shop bread toast with butter and jam, and tea and coffee. for £125 per day a croissant or scone might be an inexpensive addition. Very poor breakfast. It comes up as a Hotel but it is also advertised as a B&B so they should offer Full English Breakfast. Breakfast was really really poor, they should 'upgrade' that for sure. Also the room where people eat is very small and packet, staff working there do no speak English either. Cramped room. TINY bathroom. Tea, toast and cereal is the breakfast which is from 8 to 9. There is no supply of fresh towels. The size of the room was a bit cramped. Also the traffic going past the hotel was a bit much however the hotel was in a great location for sightseeing. All in all we weren't in the room that much. Teeny little room and bathroom! We didn't have space to leave an opened suitcase anywhere, and had to walk on the bed to get around it. No space to set out any of our things, and the bathroom was smaller than those in some trains. It was economical, but really very small. The rooms are very small, and the bathroom is minuscule. The bathroom wasn't clean either, spils of unknown liquid even on the doors, ur first thought its a slug, but them u realise that it it could be a shampoo or anything else. Very dirty place. I hope they will provide duvet covers and a thicker blankets). The room was very small for 2 people and for the price, even when consideration the city & location. Booked a twin room and was given a double, however the size would be more like a single. There was really only enough space for 1 person to move about and the other person had to sit on the bed out the way. Probably wouldn't have stayed for more than 1 night. Expensive Wi-fi. Room is very hot in the subbasement I found that i wasted my money in that hotel and should not stay on the site. Small bathroom, cold in room, no heating till late night. When we arrived, we got a double room when asked for a twin room. Bathroom was small. Breakfast wasn't upto much. Staff didn't speak English!. Rooms very small, unable to get extra pillows as none left, choice of cereal at breakfast very low, bedding cover was not very clean, same as blanket. Youth hostel would be more appropriate. Windows didn't lock, any card opens any room, bathroom was tiny and smelled, bed was uncomfortable, there was a balcony connecting our room to another room. Very uncomfortable was very unsafe anyone could easily get into your room at any time. Good stay if you are not afraid of being uncomfortable or robbed. We didn't get the room we booked and it was so small for 3 adults and in the basement with narrows stairs, the bathroom like a closet with no ventilation at all, looks that the staff didn't know how to communicate with customers. I am very disappointed for this. I think letsbookhotel.com should go to pay a visit to the hotels prior to put them in your website. Room not cleaned when we got it. Some rooms are very very small. You cannot decide if you want double or twin beds - even if you write it explicitly in the comments when you book. Don't waste money on the WIFI. Most of the time it doesn't work or is unusable slow. no locks on windows spiral staircase no elevators hot no air con pay for wi fi.
