Lots of gadgets, no hidden extras for room service, which can be ordered by the in-room iPad... Library of 3D films available for 46" 3D television. Very high tech hotel. Breakfast was amazing. Friendly staff, beautifully decorated throughout. Modern technology.Ideal location for travel. Would definately stay again and recommend it.It was our honeymoon so was very relaxing here.
all reviews » I like that the rooms are hi-tech. The hotel is very close to Victoria coach station which we needed. Polite staff...could check in early and leave our bags all the next day. The style & decor of the hotel was loverly, very stylish & modern. The hi tec features were a bonus. The English breakfast wad very good with excellent presentation. Modern equipped. State of the art facilities with friendly staff. Great location. Walking distance to Victoria, Thames Houses of Parliament . The hotel staff were polite and helpful at all times, the food was fantastic, the facilities were superb. Would highly recommend. The facilities were excellent and the gentleman that showed us our room was very polite. Room was ample enough for a short stay. We liked the the in room facilities, the gadgets, the shower was lovely, the staff were very friendly and made us welcome. The modern touches such as the iPad and 3D television made it aimed for the younger generation, which was perfect for us!. Friendly, competent staff, relaxed atmosphere, good food at reasonable prices and a location perfect for our needs. Very expensive and we ate at the bistro which there was not enough formal tables.we had to struggle to eat from a laid back chair. I think it is very strange that the hotel doesn't accept maestro but they use MasterCard and credit cards. It was very hard for us to pay as we don't have a credit card. the bathroom floor kept flooding due to the design fault of the shower( glass screen didn't cover where the actual water hit.!). Wasn't able to adjust the heating in the room quite to my liking, but minor in the spec. The reception staff were not as warm and welcoming as I would have expected considering the rating. Our telephone didn't work, although it was rectified straight way, there were no tea making facilities in the the room although it said there were, the breakfast was very disappointing. The shower had a tendency to flood the whole bathroom, which made the floor dangerously slippy!. Rooms a little cramped but for understandable reasons. They cleaned only once , I do like that extra cleaning in a hotel, but I guess we could have asked, the shower squirted everywhere. Telephone did not work and could not be fixed Nespresso machine not working No desk to work at - had to use table that folds over the bed and lie on the bed propped up on pillows. I did try working downstairs but only the dining room available Shower floods the floor as no door. Television in room far too big. No-where to put anything down. No chair to sit on. All equipment too complicated for a mature couple!. Tables in the dining room were wobbly. Door to the shower room didn't fully close. Rooms were a little small, but it is central London. Shower allowed water run onto floor of bathroom. Too many gadgets in the room and the porter ran through them too quickly. Only Bourbon whiskey in the minibar. Room was a little bit small, but was nice and cozy. Room size Bathroom size. They brought me an iron that had a divot/snag in the metal that almost ripped my shirt. I told them about it and recommended they throw it away. Asked for an iron the next day, and I got the same one back. Nothing. The pillows were dreadful, also not even a table in the room to eat if you had room service. Very large bed making the room small with no storage for luggage, shower OK but access limited!. Room and bathroom size too small. We had no water when trying to get ready.( which was sorted quickly) And the toilet made noises in night while trying to sleep. Bit overpriced compared to hotels we have stayed at before. Very thin walls. Pillows too soft. Room was LUXURY KING, way too small for price. 2 Fire alarms at 0630 and 0640 on a Sunday morning. Rooms were very small. Arriving back at the hotel at 22:00Hrs on Saturday night to be told the bar was closed. room is too small (!), price is too high. The rooms are two small for two persons. Bed in the room is too uncomfortable, staff is not really good(we were waiting for about 20 min fo breakfast, all the tables around were dirty, we didn't like the food at all) also before going to airport we were asking to call a taxi, but they we chathing in (as we understood later) for 20 min, just then they called for a taxi! We were going to the airport, what's up with them???. Lack of space in room and tea only available 11am til late by room service. Nespresso ok but would prefer filter coffee or another blend of nespresso. Or cafetiere.
