The gentleman who checked us in was top rate - he was able to answer any questions we had and was very helpful. The room was adequate for what we needed... a place to rest our head at night. There was a kettle, teas, coffees, and they had a hair dryer i could use. They even allowed us to store our bags after we checked out so that we could explore the city before having to catch our train!.

If I have to pick something - then I didn't enjoy that there wasn't an elevator - but it wasn't terrible - the few stairs weren't much of an issue at all. Stanze piuttosto piccole.Tiny, capsule style ensuite (as in ferry cabins). I understand the reasons, but they are very tight, although it was very clean also. TV did not work. We would stay there again, but better seating in the rooms, ( Cumfy padded chair instead of wooden folding) would be good, also, the en-suite was very small, but then most hotels at this price are similiar.It was functional. Anything required was attended to if you approached the staff. Over all we enjoyed our stay,and would consider staying in the room we had again.tiny bathroom. Our room had no air conditioning and we needed to open our window onto a very noisy street in order to cool our room and get fresh air.Lack of hospitality tray or availability of hot drinks. Very small en-suites. no tea facilities in room. Wasn`t buffet breakfast, very small bathroom.The room was in a poor condtion, very outdated and small/dark. They didn't prepare a room for us and we found out about it at 9 p.m. around 10 p.m. the unpleasant lady found a room for us in other hotel but in Paddington so we had to take a taxi early in the morning to get to the Victoria station area - and paid for it of course!!!!. It was not like the photo, the triple room was far too small for 3 people and in desperate need of decorating the bathroom was horrid,it was at the very top of a very narrow staircase, the breakfast room was in a basement again very cramped and there was no cooked breakfast, no tea or coffee facility in the room and a tv which was about to fall off the wall.i had 2 teenagers with me,dissapointed. Some rooms share bathroom!! this was never mentioned on the website!! Fortunately we got a room with its own toilet, but the shower cabin was by the bed.. Rooms are in general very small. Very high price (70 pounds) for what you get.
