Room was basic but comfortable enough for the time we were there. Reception staff were pleasent and helpfull. I would reccomend the hotel for anyone who just needed a place to sleep whilst on a weekend or theatre break. It was easy to get to by trainIt was acceptable for one or two nightsbut I woiuld not want a long stay. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Spacious room, light and airy. Helpful reception staff. Very convenient location, right near Victoria Coach and Train stations.Get what you pay for, simple, basic but everything you need. The room its very simple but its confortable. The building its very beautifull but need more things in side.staff were excellent, location excellent and the room was fine in general. The location was good and close to all major tourist sites. Location of hotel is excellent for sights. Excellent location. The staff serving breakfast were very good. Room small but clean,. Cheap for the location. Hotle was close to underground and easy to find.Good location (close to Victoria Station etc.). Staff were pleasant and helpful.Location - almost next door to Victoria Station. Nice reception area. they didn't have my booking and charged me more. The staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. only the location of the hotel.Convenient Location. Nothing really. Good locaton. location. Not much, but the location was close to the place I had to go. Convenience of location to Victoria station. location - close to the Victoria Station. central location. Location. Location. it was cold in room , there was horible rooms, everything was broken and fix that you could see it,the breakfast was terible,we hate this hotel, in the bathroom was black on the selling, and the toilet was very dirty. The location and the outside of the hotel and reception area were fantastic. The times you are allowed to leave the hotel and come back to the hotel. within walking distance from most of national offices.Excellent location, easy 24hr access. The location was very convienent. Good location. nothing. nothing, it was an upsetting and terrible experience. Location, nothing else.Nothing sorry. Price. en suite facilities, no room, too squashed. the stairs were a little steep. Decor is very basic but in par with the price paid. You get what you pay for. Did not stick around for breakfast though. Breakfast was very basic, bran flakes, cornflakes and toast, although you could bring your own and use the fridge. We will do this another time.Rooms are on the small side and it did not have a lounge. No kettle or tea making facility in room. Bathroom tiny and in desperate need of refurbishment (though in fairness, there was always plenty of hot water).the bed was very lumpy and I could feel the springsand the breakfast was extremely modest. I didn't feel the floor in the room was clean. The bathroom was so small you cold hardly fit in there, so small you had to keep the door open. Could have been cleaner, and even though we had a room with a kitchenthere was no cutlery or crockery, or a kettle. I disliked the fact that they did not inform me there was no hot water until they had taken my payment. Should have been given a choice. There was no hot water for our whole stay. And they lied about it coming soon. Reception staff did not seem well informed. Maintenance standards poor. Reported dangerous flickering lightbulb, nothing was done. Dangerous for my epileptic companion. The room was very hot as there was no aircon and the bed squeeked so much it woke me up several times. Mattress on bed was possibly the worst i have ever lay on, you could feel every spring coming through. Breakfast was only one cereal and no choice of bread for toast. Cornflakes and white bread was it!. My room was on the third floor but there was no elevator ! And the staircase was very narrow, it was a real pain to settle down in the room with all the luggages ! Also the ventilation in the room was really poor. The bed was just a fold away one, pillows are too small and flat, blanket looked dirty, toilet was dirty, the room was a kitchen at onepoint and still had a cooker in it limiting space. There was no hotwater available during my stay due to the boiler being broken, the staffdid not mention this but I only found out due to other customerscomplaining about it.rooms are very small and cramped, no proper heating, no proper hotwater and shower facility, TV and remote not available in every room ,. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the frame even squeaked when we coughed!!. Uncomfortable bed (also too short, about 175cm long) and pillow. Poor service at breakfast. they are very unhelpful..room was freezing cold..and very shabby..i've stayed there before and had better rooms..but i didn't appreciate the bed bugs i found under my sheets!!!!! just nasty..The bed was tiny, rickety and sagged - little more than a camp bed. The mattress was little more than a sack of springs. I doubt that I slept more than an hour all night. the steff treatment.Uncomfortable bed, room was mouldy and the laminate floor was coming up. Heating was over powering, could not sleep. Bathroom smelt awful. Staffvery unhelpful. Very bad bed, noise from stairway and other rooms, seemed dirty. Had to leave early so missed breakfast - no discount and no option of even a yoghurt. Lumpy bed, broken wash basin. No toilets in the room. No hairdryer, shower not working, no space, bed not comfortable. Room was cramped and very basic. No tea/coffee facilities. Heating came on and it was not possible to alter it or to turn it off.from the first day there was no hot water and the receptionist didin't informed us about it; they had no ideas when the hot water will be; after having an argue with the receptionist at the evening they oiffered us a discount of 10 GBP for that day and agreed to refund the amount for the rest of the stay while we took a decission about leaving the hotel. the staff at reception o breakfast does not welcome, does not smile, say good bye are anything else which is friendly or displaying any sense of service or interpersonal skills. Several times I have stayed in one of your rooms where the TV has not been working, the toilets aren't clan or do not flush properly. Everything else apart from location. everything was horible, the pictures on your website should be changed there is nothing like in the hotel. The bathroom was awful it was dirty, the sink was cracked and mouldy as was the shower, the base was full of mould. We didn't use the bathroom at all, far too small and cramped. Very suprised there was a kitchen in our room as we did not ask for one. The bed was a metal camp bed with one blanket. When we asked for another pillow, we were refused. Not the cleanest or best hotel we have stayed in. The rooms are not really a good standard and the hotels facilities are extremely limited. The price of the room was not worth it and the hotel was not really maintained by the appearance of it.very crowded room with big cooker!?but no facility for even a cup of tee. rusty dirty shower. poor old one blanket. acheing bed. poor breakfast... Terrible bed/mattress, security of room was awful - people from nearbyroom could step across balcony and simply push open the doors. I had topush furniture up against the balcony doors when I left the room and wasnot comforatable leaving anything of value in the room. No hot water inshower on one day, but plenty the next. No housekeeping visit duringstay. Room light and noisy.Where do I begin, only 1 bathroom, which was cold and scanky between 5floors. I had to book into a gym in order to shower. And there was nohot water for my whole stay. Beds really uncomfortable and very thin pillows-do not stay here !. Very hot and poor cleanliness.no heating, bed was like a camp bed and had only a sheet and a blanket for cover. No extra blankets or extra pillows. No telephone in room and television didnot work properly. The toilet was heavily stained and the shower tiles needed the grouting renewing. every thing. My room was clearly staff quaters. It had a kithen in it and the bed was a camp bed. There was blood on the sheet and the room was filthy. The heating was jammed on in the middle of June. The worse hotel I have ever stayed. Really awfull pleace, do not gothere !!!!. Will be comented on in letter. cleanliness. This Hotel is bad. Small rooms. Old beds and mattresses. Stains on the bed covers. Towels only changed every three days.Poor staff training and customer care. Staff did not talk or take onboard your complaints, did not want to know. Breakfast consisted of choice of two cereal and toast. If you stop at this hotel don't say i haven't warned you.
