Comfortable, clean, good facilities, friendly staff, excellent price and central location. The staff were friendly, helpful and available at all times. Was a clean, cheap, basic hotel for one night stay within walking distance of Victoria Station and Chelsea Flower Show. Hotel Staff was excellent and the hotel was really clean. I have read feedbacks about this Hotel before I arrived there...mostly just complains....so, I was really surprised that actually it was great Hotel, and clean and has towels and clean and TV worked :) It was good time there...The staff was nice, hairdryer and electric adaptors were disponible at the reception, room and toilet were clean (expecially for the london standards), english breakfast was good. Not for the price. The room is small but enough. The tv picture was a bit blurry but we didn't spend too much time in theroom so this wasn't a problem. The bathroom doors are sliding doors and do not offer enough privacy. One towel was dirty.I live in Croatia, Rijeka,in touristic area and I'm sure,this type of hotel will be closed in Croatia coast. Room is without clothes closet,toilet of 1x1 meter, beside bed without night small closet,total space of room 3x3 meters, and all of that for 73 pounds per night. London tourist robbery. Sorry, but that is truth. cleaning / comfort. Breakfast poor. Triple room more suited to a single. No wardrobe, showerroom tiny. Room would have been small as a single but as a twin you decide. Both bed bases had pieces of wood on top to stop matresses falling through. very basic no drink facilities in room, also only hooks on the walls to hang any clothes. It was nothing better than a bedsit...awful!. The room had not been clean properly and the dust triggered my asthma. The room had and old, partly broken TV which was not working. Not a recommended place for elderly or disable people. The staircase was very narrow with reception in the basement and no lift.The receptionist was friendly enough but this did not make up for all the negative experience.
