The owners were very friendly and the rooms were lovely and clean. The breakfasts were excellent. It was a very warm and inviting guesthouse and my family and I had an amazing stay there. My family all had a great time at the Seaforth Guest House, it was close to anemities, staff were lovely and the room was spotless i would recommend Seaforth to anyone.David and Nuala were very helpful and friendly. the staff were really friendly and welcoming and the guest house was clean and tidy at all times. The closeness to the promenade was really handy also.Lovely guest house. The best thing about the hotel.Quite a distance to walk to the Tower, but not far on a tram. breakfast times were rigid 8.30-9.00 not a lot of leeway when you have children. No shower gel, shampoo, etc in bathroom. It's so long since i stayed at a small family run hotel i didn't think to bring any. the room s were a little on the small side. could have done with a little more space in our room. Too many notices of what to do and not to do. Arranged before arrival 2 boys, aged 13 and 14 (my son and a friend) would stay in a double room next to us as the rest of the party were female. Assured hotel of behaviour for the boys. Greeted with I hope these boys behave is that them outside! No comment on leaving about no problems. Boys didn't feel welcome. Don't feel hotel like teenage children!. We booked a double room - the room was so small and the bed was only 4ft I have never stayed in such a small room. Thank goodness we only stayed one night. Breakfast times, bed had seen better days. breakfast was to late and room too small. The guy who owns the hotel made us fell really unwelcome. He was also really unhelpful and basically ruined our whole weekend away.I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.Also there was a lounge area but was not allowed to sit in there. So had to sit in our room when in the hotel. Not good value for money.Room was so tiny you couldn't move and was very cold, but staff did sort the radiator out for our second nights stay. Never had a shower all weekend as the shower didn't work.

By Car:
- Take junction 32 off the M6 onto the M55 for Blackpool.
- At the island at the end of the M55 turn left, following the signs for Blackpool Airport.
- Go right at the next island, through a few sets of lights following the airport signs.
- You will pass the airport on your left. Eventually you will come to a T-junction at the seafront where you should turn right.
- Drive along the seafront (the sea will be on your left).
- As you approach the Pleasure Beach amusement park, the Starr pub is on the right.
- Turn right before the pub and then left. Turn right again and we are the first property in the road.
- If you approach Blackpool from another direction, find Blackpool Pleasure Beach and we are just to the side of it.
- Satellite navigation users should use: FY4 1PA.
