Lovely location in residential area just one street back from promenade and less than 5 minute walk to Pleasure Beach. Owners friendly and very efficient. Breakfast was excellent and so was bar meal at night. We had our dog with us and she was very welcome in hotel. We hope to return again to this lovely hotel. The service was impeccable. It was very clean and certainly the best Blackpool hotel we have ever stayed in.Nothing was any trouble and we were also put at great ease to enjoy our stay. 10 out of 10 and even more. Will certainly stay there again if going to Blackpool.

The walk into the main part of Blackpool was a little too far, but once you used the Trams it was very easy, tram station was 150 yds away. Couldn't fault the Corona. the fact we had to go home. Couldn't fault it. Nothing to dislike!. there was nothing we didn't like the location would possibly be a problem for some people but we like to walk, but the buses and trams run frequently. Can't think of one thing I didn't like. everything was brilliant. The size of the room was rather small. This is the only negative thing I can say. Nothing. a little too far from central blackpool but that cant be helped. Breakfast started to late so didnt get any as I had to be somewhere would have been good to have been offered tea and toast at 07.30 but a minor point. It was out of season, and midweek, so was very quiet, and not much going on. Nothing. Nothing. Rooms were smaller than i thought. nothing that I can recall. no fridge in the room. nothing at all. Parking was a problem. The reviews state the parking is free and reservations are not required, when we arrived early afternoon no parking spaces were available. The free parking nearby was full (illuminations were on) so we had to park quite a long way off and walk back to the accommodation. This wasn't a problem for us but if you are not so good at walking any distances, the parking is a problem. Luxury room not particularly luxury. Hotel took payment from my credit card 28 hours prior to my stay, against information provided by letsbookhotel.com. Noisy therefore didn't sleep well, extremely noisy and creaking floorboards. To small. Rooms were small, not suitable for family. no entertainment was offered for children. 1.Staff wasnt friendly 2.rooms to small!! 3.cleaners playing music loudly in morning 4.breakfast served to early in morning 5.bad car parking,we had to park the car 5 min walk from hotel 6.bar was closed during our stay 7.not able to eat food in room. cleanliness, Some one had a number 2 in toilet, and it was still there. Found sock behind the bathroom door. Room had not been cleaned properly.
