Cheapist we could find in black pool and was skepticle of how nice it would be for the price rooms arnt fancy modern but very clean very comfy everything we needed flat sceen tv on suite comfy bed nothing to complain about exelent value for money the bar and resturant looked alot fancier and modern but we didnt use these highly recommended amazing value for money. Everything! It was really nice, I felt so at ease there, great location! If your going to the pleasure beach park, in walking distance, free parking, really friendly staff! Rooms are not that Hugh, but didnt care, there are really nice.clean & cosy! I can't wait to go back! And bonus very cheap! PERFECT!! :-).
all reviews » The breakfast was great. The bathroom was very clean and the shower was good. They were very helpful and looked after our bags whilst we went to the pleasure beach. They organised a taxi for us. Very handy for pleasure beach and the ice cream shop. It was nice and warm in the rooms on a very cold weekend. basic budget accomodation ,the hotel was right by the fair beach and waterpark it had parking facilities hotel staff were friendly and helpful and all areas were spotlessly clean plus added bonus of excellent wi-fi which you did not have to leave your room to use ....bargain holiday... this is the third time we have stayed here, and again we have had a lovely stay. the room was very clean and comfortable. the hotel is in a really good location right next to the pleasure beach, and there is a tram stop opposite if you want to be at the other end. The rooms were as described but comfortable and for the cost of £25 perfect for an overnight stay. The room was clean, 4 towels provided and ample tea/coffee and toilet rolls. The staff were helpful and friendly. I had a nice time, rooms were clean and staff were very friendly. Your required to leave room by 11am but my train was not till 2:44. They kept my belongings safe until I wanted to collect them. Very thoughtful. It was excellent value for money, very cleAn and accommodating, and the ataff were friendly. It was so close to everything i would definatly stay there again. The atmosphere was welcoming staff were helpful and friendly. ..free parking of course and most of all the distance from the hotel to the beech. Everything was good hopefully we are coming back and we would like to book again with you and want the same room we had booked thanks. I have returned home from a short weekend break at By The Beach hotel.I have booked online and found a great deal of £85 for a double room.All the hotel staffs were very friendly. peaceful, and on site parking clean rooms and communal areas. pleasant and welcoming staff. close to amusement park and tram stop right outside for getting to the centre. Comfyness and value second too none. Nothing!. Noisy neighbours at 4 in the morning. there is nothing to complain about for the prices charged at this hotel. nothing we had a perfect stay !. This hotel was busy throughout the night with people coming home. I would not reccomend it for a quiet break. But as a weekend for somewhere to stay/get ready it was perfect. The mattress. It was too hot all night it was as though heating was on and the radiator in our room was not on so it was very confusing but too hot to sleep had to keep window open for air and to cool down. Nnoise level at night from other customers. Everything was good. only complaint we have was on our last night stay the argument at 3am went on for a couple off hours and woke our children up.. Would like some sort off sorry off some kind and really would like to stay again but would like some sort off discount maybe for next stay. Breakfast was not the best only went down for breakfast one morning out of 2. Got money back for second mornings breakfast. That you had to pay for breakfast seperately. nothing. Nothing not to like. Mattress on our bed was very thin and uncomfortable. small things like the mirror in the room was clearly put up for people under 5ft tall.... far too low, had to bend down to use. overlooked yard to rear. Very hot but that's better than cold!. Old flooring in the bathroom and kids bunk bed squeaked, waking my daughter in the middle of the night. Bathroom was quite small and shower was tiny. Its right at the bottom of South prom, although a tram stops right outside. There was nothing for the kids. small room. the fact that we spent the first night of our stay killing bedbugs in room 13. However theses things happen and when we showed the evidence to the management they were very quick to act on it. Who knows who was in the room before you. Only thing we were a bit disappointed in is that it did ruin our stay ...and no recompense was offered. the bed was well worn. That they said they wud be a haydryer and an iron but there wasn't.. I think if you stay for two nights you shud be suplied with more sachets. Breakfast. Service room. The size of the bed. We booked a small room didn't expect to have the smallest double bed I've seen. weather. Shower size.. It was very smal... no breakfast :( we had to go out and get one. I didn't feel like the rooms were as clean as they should be. small double room only had 1 chair which was broken.
