The hotel itself was great for the price. From arriving to a friendly welcome , to a great sea view in our double room we valued the kings as a very friendly and accommodating stay. Close to the promenade and an excellent location for a sunny walk on the front of blackpool. Getting about was easy as the tram stops are literally a 2 minute walk away! En suite rooms were handy and the breakfast as filling and offered how you like it , so any picky eaters will be thrilled ! Also free car parking .
all reviews » Myself and my partnrreally enjoyd our stay. We cae out of season and most places where closed but we werent too bothered because we only came for a night away. The hotel was very clean and the staff where very friendly and helpfull. Highly recomend. We stayed during the week at a less busy time of the year and therefore we're the only guests. Tracy still gave us the same options and more hospitality. Options for breakfast were fantastic. i like the location,the staff was very good,breakfast was very good,we asked for some milk for the room because we didnt like powder we got it. Hotelier Tracy very accommodating with the parking. The Hotel is very close to the pleasure beach in a sea front location. Warm and friendly staff....ideal location for pleasure beach...amazing breakfast. Promenade much improved. The recently refurbished rooms were excellent, and the shower was very good. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was amazing! The owners were friendly and helpful. Bar was cosy and drinks reasonably priced. the rooms,the friendly staff, the location, the full English breakfasts & the price. We only had two days :(. From being a bigger couple, would of liked a bigger shower. The shower was to high of the floor i could not get in i wouldn't say it was disabled friendly. Bathroom very dated. Boarded up shops/hotels on the Main Street could put people off.more investment needed in retail/accommodation development. The duvet was quite small for the bed, but not too much of a problem. Nothing! We both had a good time! Your catagaries don't fit us. We are a mother & adult son. I went to a conference & he went to the leisure beach. A bit on the expensive side. The weather. nothing it was good for the price. Parking was poor, Although I paid for 3 adults and had a child instead of additional adult we didn't get the option of an adult breakfast and the lady serving wasn't very polite. No option for a discount as only a child not an adult. The staff were rude, unhelpful and when we complained, couldn't care less. Dirty rooms, no where to sit after 10pm when the lounge was locked. We asked for twin beds but we were surprised at how small the room was & the beds were end to end. The room had a chair for 2 people which had to be positioned correctly to access the toilet. The toilet seat would not stand resulting in difficulty when men urinated. Tea cups stuck to the unit, toilet wouldn't flush, carpet was filthy. not worth the price.
