Really nice hotel. The room was big with large windows. The view was okay not bad but okay. The location is perfect, about 10-15 min walk to the twin tower. There is a subway station just 2 min from the hotel, so you don't need to spend your money for taxis or being stuck in the traffic. The breakfast buffet was good as well, many choices. If you don't want eat at the hotel or just to tired to go in the city, there is a Mcdo, KFC, pizza hut and other fast food just opposite to the hotel. Wi-Fi .
all reviews » Close to a train station. Great breakfast and variety adjusted a little each day. Large, spacious room, comfortable bed and pillow selection available. Great pools and huge gym. Close to a shopping mall and a few eateries down stairs. Good value, 10-15min walk to the Twin Petronas Towers and main shopping, 2min walk to train station. A handy supermarket across from the station in the shopping mall was ideal for cheap supplies. Would definitely consider staying here again but would ask for a qui. The room is very spacious. The concierge staff is very attentive and helpful. Easy to get a taxi. Near the train station if you like travelling by train. The food court at the basement has plenty of food choices. Has a convenience store but it closes at 9pm. If you want fast food, there's kfc and Pizzahut nearby. All in all it was wonderful! Will definitely stay here again if I ever go back to kl. The receptionist who checked me out was pleasant and I am impressed with the warmth exuded. The bell-boy/concierge (a Chinese man) who ushered us in was polite and helpful, He escorted us right up to the lift and was very pleasant. He speaks well. Buffet breakfast was quality though choice was limited. The poached egg is worth a mention. Service was good. Good location near the Petronas Towers. A beautifully-designed hotel - very smart. The outdoor pool on 11th floor is great. There's a restaurant and bridge bar on 28th floor and another bar above that with an outdoor area. All are very smart. The staff are very friendly and helpful. One of the best hotels I've stayed in - highly recommended. We arrived hotel in the very early morning with a little baby. Although the check in time was 2 pm, the manger arranged a room for us at earlist time which is really helpful for us. He even bring us to the breakfast place by himself when the room was cleaning. We really thanks him for giving us a good start in KL. Efficient check-in and check-out on 11th floor of building.. Comfy and quiet room, with super-comfy king-size bed and luxurious linens. Lovely rain shower. Great state of the art business/information/music centre provided as part of the lcd tv system. Varied and reasonably priced in-room dining options. All the staff were wonderful especially the front desk guys who were always looking out for us and keeping us upto date with our travelling groups whereabouts. The staff on the 28 level were great too helping us upload our photos. We felt really looked after and safe here. Suit for business traveller. the staff was extremely helpful (there was a guy Jackie Thoo who considered my problems his own, helped in any kind of situations...just the best). the location is pretty awesome - close to the twin towers, etc. It is very close to metro. You can go to KL Sentral directly by metro. It is just 10-minute walk far from Petronas Towers. Room is clean and comfortable. But is is much more suitable for business travelers. The room was spacious, bathroom clean & the study desk & furniture all comfortable. You need to wear casual clothes for the breakfast, but that's not a big deal. I was wearing most of the time sandals, black pant and basic top. Don't wear flipflop , running shoes or short. Our room was on the street front and the traffic was so noisy at night we had to wear ear plugs - we were on the 13th floor and glazing not good. Highly recommend to request a quiet room, not overlooking the main roads unless traffic doesn't bother you. Nothing. Excellent Hotel. Beware of taxi drivers who doesn't want to use the taxi meter. They'll charge you triple. Before you ride, check if they will use the meter. Then you'll be fine. Most of the staff are very nice, but not all the staff are so helpful. Room service - condiments were forgotten by attendant so went back to kitchen to get them, causing hot food which had been left in room to get cold. Bathroom - unusual odor came from bathroom. Noise was a bit of a problem - renovations making constant banging throughtout the day most days we were out but if we had wanted to have a nap it would have been annoying. Had no idea about the temple next door and the early prayer music at 6am..... Just a little bit uncomfortable during check in or check out time due to time consuming for staff handling such transaction. Maybe more counter should open especially during check out time. Water in swimming pool was bit cold. How the lifts to different areas could be confusing for Guests. View from my room was either the pool, or a huge construction site where a new highriser is built. Not very inspiring. Also: just 2 nespresso cups for a day...? Come on people :-). They have dock for iphone only. I didn't like just one thing - there are only three floors of the hotel and the rest is offices. Despite the fact that we were separated from the offices (with the pass system), we didn't feel like being in a hotel. Some would consider this an advantegious I don't. There was a cigarette smoke smell in bathroom although our room was in non-smoking wings of the hotel. Breakfast would be better. The location is not the best (but not the worst), a little far away from the towers (1 km), but if you want a 5 star closer you pay for it. Anyway there's a mrt station just in the main door. There was nice views of the towers until someone began to build a new skyscrapper in front of the hotel...it's a pity!. i think they dont communicate with letsbookhotel.com exactly because lady who works in a reception tried to charge more from me, she told me excluded tax but when i showed to her letsbookhotel.com's approved letter that written included tax, she charged less. Nothing. Nothing. View from pool now obscured by new building. Office space 2 floors up was being renovated which meant really loud and intrusive drilling 6pm-9pm every evening. And some hammering sounds on Saturday morning. Not mentioned when we checked in and note in room about this work gave impression of minimal disruption when in fact it was so loud we had to leave the hotel. If there is one thing to dislike, I would say that the pool is a little disappointing compared to the rest of the hotel. Could have provided more mineral water. no bathtub, the tv channel selection is very poor for free tv. Not enough lightings in the room. No bath. Had been travelling for a long time. Thought wed treat ourselves to a 5 star with bath. Would like a web site which stipulates what each room has, ie bath only in suites. For that reason we'd have rather stayed elsewhere. Wi-fi was DREADFUL. I cannot count how many times it dropped out, which is so frustrating when you're trying to work. And it wouldn't just drop out and reconnect, I had to constantly accept terms and conditions and log-in (despite having auto connect activated). I wouldn't stay here again on that basis alone. The restaurant was a little over rated. I was very disappointed with the food/cooking. Would dine out next time. The restaurant at 28th floor is expensive. The room view was not so good as it was straight overlooking the office towers. pool view with new building house. swimming pool too small and can be seen from check-in check-out lobby. Nothing. Didn't really have any. At reception we were told the room we booked was no longer available (With a king bed) and when we expressed our concern one magically became available. Additionally, staff at front was unwilling to book a simple taxi, but was quite happy to book us a "limo" for 4 times the market rate, further supporting the taxi frauds in KL. Nothing. nothing. You definately feel as though you are in an office block as the majority of the building is offices. We had booked as 2 couples & we found ourselves on separate floors which was not ideal especially on a working day when the elevators were very busy with office workers arriving & leaving work.
