The setting and open nature of the reception area was very welcoming. Front door staff were very responsive and welcoming. In addition there was a selection of restaurants under the hotel offering alternative eating options. - staff friendly. excellent location, near many restaurant , LTR Ampang Park just 5 minute walking, Near to Petronas twin tower just one stop from ampang LTR.

Nothing all good. queue on arrival at front desk. On the first morning the restaurant service was not good as there was a conference group, se ond day was ok. Longer than expected check-in time. Long time waiting for lifts. Nothing. It's a long walk from the carpark to the lobby as the hotel is not in a building on its own. Wi fi should be provided for in house guest. Why charge guests for parking?. Warm lobby area Wifi at lobby only Internet signals patchy More & more places are giving complementary internet access nowadays. 1. i wasn't able to use wifi in my room, so had to go down to the lobby everytime for wifi. no one was trying to fix it for me. i did complain a few times. 2. on the day checking out, reception told me the printer was faulty, so she had to email me the invoice. i still haven't received it until today. -Lobby no warm welcome -Waited for luggage for more than 4 hours , no apologies -Generally all the staff are so cold. Didn't feel the warm welcome - Stained on the pillow case - Minibar was empty while check in( I hope they are not charging into my card) - Minibar looks dirty as there's piece of masking tape on top of it. It was not worth the 5star it got. No value for the money.
