all reviews » The staff was gracious enough to call me n inform me that my room rates will be reduced because of charging error. They could have just made me pay the inflated rate but they were so honest and nice to revert my rate to the lower one. For that I am ever so grateful.. I will surely stay there again when I m in kl. Room was spacious with high grade facilities. Swimming pool was good also the gym as well. Sauna facilities is available and meet standards. Front Office was great as I request some drinks condiments (at 2.30am) yet they still send it fast.. Great Place to stay. Amazing clean apartment hotel at the city centre... We have stayed in this hotel many times and never had a single thing we could say bad about the hotel and its staff. The check in lady insist that I forward the email booking confirmation since I had forgotten to bring the hardcopy. I showed her the email on my mobile phone because I didnt want to use my data overseas & only then she gave me the user id & password to access my email via wi fi. Do accept debit card bookings. The cups in the kitchen are too small. I prefer to use mug for my coffee. They did not replenish the coffee, sugar sachet for my second day stay. staff reception speed parking curves. They forgot to bring our lugagge to the room so we needed to get down and get it but wasn't really big of a deal. kitchen sink is not in good working condition. Traffic jammed over the place. I ordered a food in room service and it took 1.5 hours to arrive and wants only cash.. No room bill facility!! Very limited in giving towels. Cleaning. Staff not so efficiency. Specially housing keeping team. Have to wait long time for waiting room ready (when I reach already 5pm). No attractive views because the location is in between tall buildings. Construction work was ongoing until midnight just next to the hotel. The pillow had a terrible smell -disgusting fug, it was not possible to sleep with. No drinking water was put in th eroom, only at the first day. No view on petronas towers. - unfriendly staff - the phone was not working - no toothbrush in the amenities. - the noise from the construction going on next door - the room service meals were expensive and not very tasty - being hit with a very large fee for internet access (50 RM per day) when the connection was very poor. You cannot believe how rude their front office personnels! It was like hidden camera joke!. unhospitable reception, the greatest impression - I had to pay twice for my room ! It was a mistake of receptionist, but now they don`t want to communicate...Awfull hotel!. Carpet stank of smoke. Security hassling us when unloading bags from our car. No free wi fi Food is average.no variety. No compliments for regular customers. No view. It tooks time for check in n check out. Staff need to show a more pleasant attitude towards guests. 1-Asked the food to the room was bad, bad way submission also. 2-Bad breakfast and unstructured and restaurant workers are not organized and lack a good method to deal.
