Friendly and helpful staff .especially the front desk who were always willing to assist. The hotel staff were very friendly. The apartment was large, clean and comfortable.the staff was very helpful. Hotel near to the mosque, the reception staffs are friendly and helpfull. My family and I felt very comfortable, like staying at home. near to KL convention centre and KLCC. Room is big. Price is reasonable. Near to KLCC. Great location, nice pool and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Although listening to the muezzin (sp?) in the adjacent mosque at 5 am may be considered by some as a negative, it was actually quite soothing (he has a nice voice). The bathroom is big and clean. Room carpet and furniture is clean. Room is cosy.the air-con leaked and they were prompt in sending staff to repair the leakage. Situation, comfort of the room at this price in the very center of KL.cleanliness and spacious. It's location and affording people who want to keep fit run on the park. In fact I had to provide them with the booking ref and hen it was discovered that it was booked under a "Surya" not my name of Sasha Verma? I dread to think what would have happened had I not as a forethopughyt had my booking ref to hand.The breakfast buffet was very limited and quality was average at best. malfuntion of airconds in both rooms. Service was a bit slow. 1.Steps staircase from basement parking to reception counter NOT very healthy.A bit dirty.Propose to put the staircase with proper tiles for improvement.2.Walls to be repainted.3.Basement parking arrows to be repainted.4.Regular customers like me ,to be given token such as free fruit basket,one free dinner buffet for two,one extra stay etc.5.Counter staff to be more customer focus.Pool area could need a little "touch-up". Some small things around the hotel was in need of fixing. Should be light in all logos for instance, small things that doesnt take long to fix, but wasn`t. We could wish for printer possibillities in buisness centre. outdated furniture.some staff are extremely rude. unexpected guests in the rooms(roaches!).no hand towels, toilet supplies not replaced. they don't have a hotel car for rent. so if we want to go some were we must get a taxi.I do not like the fact that hotel does not have WIFI access or provide LAN access as stadard service (you are charged hourly for it). This is especially for hotel in KL area where the city is regarded as communication hub for the country. The restaurant for breakfast is kiosk especially at the weekends. It seemed there were not enough cutleries to cater number of guests for breakfast and not enough waiters/waitresses. they were rushing around to collect used cutlries to be cleaned for next use. The first day I arrived there were no towels no toilet eminities in the bathroom. There was no electric kettle, no electric iron around. I did not like the lift. It is small and slow. The kitchen in my hotel room is full of cockroaches. some of the hotel staff ( reception) does not appear to know their job, eg, they call me at 10 pm on the first day of check in asking me to go down and pay. I felt irritated because they should have ask me during registration upon ckecking in. I found out the next morning that actually they need my credit card to verify !.Should have more than one bed in the room, as I went with 3 older children therefore would be better if one of the room can have a queen size bed and a single bed since it is big enough. The internet wasn't available in the rooms as promised. It seems to be permanently broken. On the plus side, the staff have been agreeing to leave the business centre open longer to compensate.Hotel housekeeping is not good. Hotel towels provided was only clean on the first day. On the other days, there were stains on the towels and bedsheets. Didn't replenish the full set of toiletries on subsequent days. Took a long time(at least an hour) to bring up the toiletries and towels when requested. Multistorey carpark is not link to hotel lobby. since the door of the toilet is see through, the hotel might want to install a shower curtain for the bathtub, the shower area and maybe at the bathroom door for guests who prefers more privacy.Check In was slow. We didn't personally experience big problems, but we saw a lot of people unhappy at the reception for several reasons. Room not ready after 4 hours of waiting at 3 p.m. etc. a couple of electrical points were not working. noisy at midnite when people playing soccer.Currently construction of building next to hotel, therefore a bit noisy. They were working even at night. What I suggest can be improve on is the reservation priority. For one to make reservation a month in advance and on arrival to be told his/her room is not ready and had to wait is very much disappionting considering some of us are contance travellers and can easily make comparisons. I gave poor to my room because the carpet state is an apology to a first time visitor like me to Kuala Lumpur.I guess, having stayed in a 4 * hotel internationally, my hopes were dashed at the Zon. The pictures that were shown on the net must have been old. The hotel is in definite need of TLC. The bathroom had a continuous leak and altho it was reported , nothing was done. In the breakfast room, the bin(garbage) was close to the food. How unappetising. I hate the kitchen.Very dirty and very smelly.I can see a lot of ants and there are 2 houselizard found.The kettle was very smelly and the fridge have yellow liquid stains....sad to say..... however,their toilets were pleasantly clean and smell good.The car parking space and availability was awful.. need to consider if you're bringing your own transport. No free wireless access is indeed a minus. Checking in is another unpleasant experience since after a long drive, guests expected to be checked in as soon as possible, but not in my case. The lighting in suite could have been more brighter. Kitchen cleanliness should be improved with regular use of antibacterial wash. electronic gadgets like cd player and TV needs maintenance. bathrooms do not have freshners and hence has foul smell upon entry.They did not have my booking in the system. I had to log on to myhotmail account and print my booking reservation for them. Not good.What would have happened if the hotel was full, and my booking was notproperly handled...? Would I have been shown the door? HOw can it bethat I make a booking with credit card confirmation, get theconfirmation, and still no room is reserved for me...???. Poor cleanliness, old run down facilities. The Parking is dodgy and limited, the lift to the hotel rooms are so tiny...have to wait so long for the lift due to small lift...hotel lobby was so small, check in was so slow taking about 30 minutes.
