the owner was very friendly and answered all our questions, there was quite a lot of them about the area. Beds were very comfortable, which were just great after our long journeys that we made. And the price for 4 people was cheapest at the area. Also it was very quite and even it is placed on the main road you could not hear the noise at all.

lovely elderly gentleman on reception and obviously a family run business, welcoming and breakfast was freshly cooked and gentleman serving noticed when extra tea or toast was required,.
The Guesthouse was conveniently located, comfortable, clean and the Manager, John, was very friendly and nothing was any problem to him.

We were there when the weather was very warm, and as there were no fans or air conditioning, the room was hot.

About 15-20 min to the center or bus station, a little bit long. Cold room.
Breakfast was very basic.
Room very basic with tiny ensuite. However warm, comfortable and value for money.
We were there for annual charity ring of Kerry cycle and owner would not
serve breakfast to the many cyclists staying there who had an early
start. At €40 per person this was disappointing as all the cyclists
would require would be a bowl of porridge.
Bed cover dirty. Carpet stained. Table tops sticky and smell of frying on entering reception.

The room was not clean. Heat of the room and the showers were disconnected early so the room was cold and we couldn't have a shower.
