I loved the services at the hotel and the location. Very central for my needs. the evening meals were great value for money, the food was excellent. Staff were very friendly and the food was of a high quality. excellent room size,friendly staff,excellent facilities. Excellent Hotel great for kids had a great time. loved the staff .excellent bar food.

Clean, modern hotel with good upkeep.Close to town, our room was close to the pool and we were also able to park right outside the room which was very handy for (un)loading car etc. Fast and efficient check-in / out. Spotlessly clean. Friendly and efficient staff in bar and restaurant and good food.Hotel was close to INEC Centre, staff were friendly and accommodating, rooms were comfortable and clean. nice room, good price, close to town centre. I thought the management were excellent on arrival our sofa bed was broken and the receptionist changed our room immediately even though it was after 10pm she was very helpful,the little gym and pool were very adequate and breakfast was basic but fine budget but not budget rates.staff were very nice. lots of other kids there. good location. choice of breakfast times good. Easy going staff, but not to the point of complacency. Nothing was too much trouble. Food was excellent, especially in the bar. Rooms were generous also.hotel was lovely bar and food were excellent value for money. It was convenient to the centre of Killarney. No my third visit and I will go back !. went shopping visit tourist sites. staff was very friendly. Close to town centre. I think Euro 120 for Killarney in November -crazy but one day - when the Hotels are empty some one will wake up !!. This is my 6th stay and will be back next month !. Pool, size of room. centrally located. Relaxing. Great location, swimming pool ideal for family between sightseeing trips. Friendly staff, good value food in particular the childerens breakfast. the pool and the steam room,. Bar food was quite nice. The bar service was very slow when ordering a drink. They did not clear away glasses from the tables. They would take dinner plates but not glasses, we had to clear the tables ourselves regularly.That there was a charge for children's breakfast - they eat so little. There was a lack of atmosphere in the bar for a Friday night. disappointed that pool was not open until 3pm. I found it quite noisey at night,the walls seemed to be very thin and i could hear things going on in the adjacent rooms and corridors.Dinner was a bit over priced. Food in bar is better value. The photo of the pool was misleading regarding size. It was the size of a big puddle!. There was no mention of an extra charge for breakfast for children in the booking website,this appeared to be false advertising and should be rectified. Did not like their coffee in the morning. Leisure centre outdated. Not much for kids!!. I found the rates expensive.This is the reason I would not recommend it to others. could not turn off heat in room, however hotel offered us a change. kids games room closed. that the pools did not open until 3pm - ridiculous!!!!!. internet was not working for entire weekend. our stay was too short. Somewhat understaffed at peak hours. Holiday Inn is Holiday Inn !. Nothing to park a bike inside at night (right next to national park): Ihad to keep my bike in the hotel room. Our first non-smoking room was very smoky but were given another room,Pool Changing room run down, no swimwear spinner - so had to pack wetswimwear, also Irish pools require everyone to wear Swimhat, availablefrom hotel at €3 each. View of very untidy laundry bin area (andunofficial staff smoke hut) from room and noisy collection of same binslate on first night. No air conditioning, we booked a family room for 4 people what we gotwas a double room with two double beds which was too small. no roabs in the room, no soap in dispenser,no slippers,ironing facilities,waiting in front desk to complain to a staff, but no respond because they were busy charting. The room was a bit run down, it looked dirty. Wall paper was peelingoff, handle on window was broken off, and so was the hand soap inthe bathroom.
