  What I appreciated most what the cleaness of the room and bathroom. The furniture was simple but comfortable for a few days stay. Reception is open 24/7 (which is not a must in Finland at all), breakfast is good, the room was big enough and comfy enough, wi-fi was functioning. Closer to 4 stars I'd say. We parked for free right next to the entrance for free over the weekend. - I have been staying at this hotel for several years and enjoyed it. The hotel offers spa, healthy food both for breakfast and at the restaurant, splendid interior design. The staff is responsible and polite. It takes you 20 minutes by bus to the centre.   I am a very regular business traveller and I kow what to expect - they managed to exceed my expectations each day - lots of small things where they went "above and beyond" to make me feel welcome.   The location was fabulous. We liked the check-in procedure (hassle-free). The space was better than expected. Amenities were also wonderful.   It was just a short walk from the railway station and the centre. There was snack available late into the night and the staff were very helpful. - Staff are very helpful. The location is very close to city centre, and just 15 mins walk from the train station.
