It was not really what I didn't like, but breakfast was a little bit chaotic and we had to look for a free and clean table. But we arrived quite late for breakfast and despite this it was a nice experience and we enjoyed having long breakfast. The design of the restaurant is very nice and you can really relax.I did not like the sauna being open for both men and women.The websitedid not mention this important fact. It prevented me from desiring to goto the spa and having a sauna. I was very disappointed. You should checkif this has changed, if this is important to you. A breakfast was scant and monotonous with the only hot dish. The sauna is open only till 9 p.m., it's not very convenient.using the TV is too cumbersom and slow. Breakfast ended too early at 10 am.The grade of room reserved was not maintained and I had to downgrade toa smaller room. didn`t understand how to make the air warmer in the room/ the set of services of internet in the room did not work. Two lamps in the room didn't function and we asked for help. After 24 hours we had to push again for assistance to come and they did!. check in and check out process was too slow; the hotel doesn't have its own parking, public parking is too expensive even with the hotel's discount. No food for children in the hotel. a free internet connection, but no information on how to setup my mail client for sending emails. pooh breakfast(((. breakfast is very pooh. 1. wifi Internet access - paid; 2. spa - there is not enough place, normally it is possible to have a rest only to 6-8 people. Breakfast was a bit too basic compared to the room and overall hotel quality. lobby is a little bit small and uncomfortable.
