The location is very convenient, so you can't miss the hotel, once you find yourself at the square near railway station. It is close to Esplanade, the gulf and shopping centres as well. Friendly staff and good breakfast. This is an excellent location and real value for money. The reception staff are very polite, courteous and helpful and the dining room staff work very hard to find suitable table for all guests in a timely way.

Good sized rooms, right in the centre of town and so easy to get to off the airport bus. Very friendly staff. No complaints really. We went during its restauraunt and bar renovation. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was for its services. This wasnt show clearly enough on its web page (tucked under other news section). small and slow just one elevator. Requires renovation, and it is currently going on. The towel heaters were on and could not be switched off, although it was very hot outside. The hotel was grey and in great need of renovating,it has potential to be a dazzeling hotel.If renovated probably. Old bathrooms, almost no storage, leaky shower, broken tissue holder in bathroom( kept falling off), almost no air circulation in the rooms, noise from garbage dumpster rattling arround all night. Very small room with very small bed, too small restaurant, where you can t find spare place. Not for families with children. old furniture, cleaning is not good, the shower was restored with scotch, blanket cover was with holes. It is impossible to sleep well, because you hear everything that happens in the corridor.
