Very good quality, well equipped apartments with great views in a central location. Terrace will be lovely in the summer months (we visited in November). Good walks, restaurants, shopping and most sites close-by. Please note that this is an apartment, not a hotel, so no breakfast or cleaning provided but there is an excellent Fazer cafe next door. No noise despite being near the railway station and a few more buildings still under construction. Great addition to Helsinki accommodation!.

Very new apartment with smart tv allowing us to connect to internet and will definitely recommend to those who would like to have a stay in Helsinki. The apartment is within walking distance from the railway station. It has modern furnishing and the place is very clean with all the facilities that we need. The host Ossi is extremely friendly and helpful. We had a flight at 23:00 and he allowed us to have late checkout and he even gave us a ride to the airport bus station. We love the place and definitely we will stay there again when we visit Helsiniki next time. Absolutely new cosy, quiet and well equipped apartments. At the even center of city - all major interesting sites are in walking distance. Car parking place in basement is available. Good for single trip as well as for family stay (various range of apartment size is available). Large terrasse with outer glass walls did made avialable to take the dinner outside of the room space even in beginning of October. The apartment was spotlessly clean, very well appointed to the CBD and transport and everything worked as it should. I arrived very late at night and was greeted by the most brilliant hosts Ossi and Jona. Nothing was too musch trouble - and they made sure that all formalities and necessary information was provide quickly and painlessly. The apartment was excellent all the rooms were spot on. It's location was excellent right next to the railway station (not heard during our stay) and a short walk to ALL the major places and sights in and around Helsinki. Location to downtown Helsinki was fantastic. Kitchen and bathroom furnishings were fantastic. Bed were surprisingly comfortable. Everything was very clean. Views were perfect overlooking Finlandia house and the Toolon bay. We have 1 couple + 2 friends share one apartment. We stayed for 4 nights. We liked the kitchen and washing facility very much, because this made our trip like at home. It is also private enough between the rooms. The manager and staff in general are very friendly and helpful. The location is ideal as it is close to main streets and shops. The apartment was luxuriously practical and super clean. The apartment is fantastic, the staff is very helpful and introduce the city to us, it is also near to the central station and some sightseeing places. Gorgeous hotel with great furnishings and comfortable seating and sleeping facilities. very good location, people is very nice. Comfort and cleaning, good location. Huge terrasse. Mattress could be more comfortable. 1. breakfast is not included. The complex construction next to the building still is in progress (no noise, but anyway - it still takes time to finish the whole complex construction). Car parking place is quite expensive - EUR 20,00 per day. Ongoing construction nearby ruins the view. But this was a minor issue of a temporary nature. nothing. - Really nothing to fault. Check in at the restaurant was sketchy. Signs indicating Aallonkoti location were not present. At least one night of Sauna should have been included in our two week stay. Bed can be more comfortable, but we realy don't mind much, considering other advantages. Need to ask for more toilet paper. Only real negative was it was a bit difficult to locate due to being a new apartment hotel in a very new (and still to be completed) area. Once we found it, it was fine - perhaps a sign to assist would be worthwhile.
