all reviews » The location of this hotel is quite good, easy accessible to city train and bus stop. There's a nearby supermarket by walking 3-5 minutes. The staff of this hotel is nice and helpful. The design of this hotel is stylish and user-friendly. For example, there's a small card enclosed in your rm's keycard, which clearly states the time for check- out, the location and time for breakfast. It's good to customers. Inside the room, there's a small card next to the adjustment of air- conditioner, user-f. The hotel is really nice. We enjoyed the design, but somebody could consider it too gloomy due to black color in rooms and corridors. The breakfast was good with many options. Kid liked the idea to order a juice from IPad. :) Staff is friendly. Room was clean, bed and pillows very cosy. S-market is next building, market square and tram stop are just 50 meters away. Railway station is 10-15 minutes walking. Wi-Fi was quite fast. Hint: Free parking is not far, it's on another shore to the left of. Lack of variety/good eating places near the hotel. I cannot think of anything that I did not like. The lack of a kettle in the room! For someone travelling with a small baby a kettle for heating up water for milk is essential, and even as a single traveller Ive always appreciated having an emergency ration of coffee within reach in my room! This of course was sorted as soon as I asked the lovely staff for a kettle but I do think that the rooms should be equipped with them to start with!. Not enough facilities. We were overcharged - paying for three rooms, when our booking was for two. The hotel could not refund us during the stay and told us to contact them again later if we did not receive the refund. We thought we had pre-paid for two rooms as per our letsbookhotel.com confirmation, however the hotel told us that in fact letsbookhotel.com had only pre-paid for one room. This may be a problem with letsbookhotel.com rather than the hotel. We now need to seek a refund from letsbookhotel.com. How. A bit off if the purpouse is nightlife. Slightly expensive. Room smelt a bit. - A bit far from center of the town but in walking distance. I was not told that breakfast was included. Feature punch ball in the room, some guests decided to use it at 1am. nothing. Lack of own hotel parking. It was chilly in the room although we tried to regulate the climat control. At the check out the staff promised to fix this issue. Everything was good. Not enough space in closet. could be more clean. Nothing. Received a very small breakfast when had to check out earlier than the official breakfast started - a tiny sandwich and an orange. Felt kinda surprising for a hotel like this. poor wifi reception in the 6th floor. Nothing. parking. Room very uncomfortable. Very small bed in a superior room.The door in the bath was brooken. 15 minutes walk from the city center. Dark interior. Double bed is available only on an additional charge.
